#241Just throwing the offer our there, Pariah, Siren, if either of you want to run any group scenes of getting to know some of your fellow traveling comrades as a flashback scene post here or send a PM and let us know.
During the day or three we've been travelling together I assume at least some of us have gotten to know both of your characters and not just snubbed you with silence every step of the way. :lol: -

Well, with a whooping 62% chance to cast, with a time period of really freaking long (and really quick math says that it will take about 2 tries to cast on average) and needing to use it on a nonsleeping dracolisk, I'll pass on using it to bring us Echo's god's still beating heart. Just because Gyma is an evoker doesn't mean he's insane... On the bright side, we do have a non-zero chance of using the book to rez people... Just need to get the "random spell" option and get limited wish, so book doesn't get sold yet. :D -

#250I get that I'm doing a stupid thing, and that my chances of survival are slim *at best*. I fully realized that a likely character death entered my horizon the moment I set out on this foolhardy course of action. That one-in-a-million (well, actually 5%, but still) chance of coming out the victor just makes it all the more titillating. I can accept this, and whatever the outcome may be (most likely the most likely one, of course) I will be a good sport about it.
What I can't accept is the goddammed, motherfucking, piece of shit, sonofabitch chatroller that has it out for me. Every gorram thing, from rolling up my stats (I only have the great stats I do because Muro was aghast at my horrible rolls and redid them himself) to every bloody encounter I've been in.
What's to do about this? Well... nothing. I'm just releasing my gamer rage into words so that I can get back to my undignified death. -

Make up a room like "Strolen chat roller" then use that for your rolls, if the GM wishes to check on the validity of the rolls can join the room
or use https://www.random.org/dice/ and just screen shot the roll and email it to the GM, Or, just ask Muro to make the rolls for you using random/org? -

The gestation period for dogs is around 60ish days, so averaging the two would get us around 9-10 months? (unless the gm has some additional behind the scenes math he wants to throw into the mix of course) -

We are ourselves thus we have all our knowledge, therefore it occurs to me to ask, do any of us earthsiders remember Celsia from the Strolen website sub from back on Earth? (I read and commented on it back in 2008 so was aware of it's existence prior to the GOTC game ;) )
Just figured I should ask about this so I can use the meta knowledge (or not) in game. -
