  1. Favors — Grant your Favor on viewing; Favored by Kindred Readers; your shelf at /favors (legacy /favorites redirects).

  2. Sanctum week glance — This week’s actions (submissions, comments, XP, quests) and guild-roll recognition from pledges and officer seats.

  3. Lexicon voice polish — Bind a Bond verbs and forge/anvil/spark metaphors scrubbed from live Twig and JS flash copy (CSS/DB names kept).

  4. Email deferred — Mailgun is wired but not delivering; activation off for now. Flagged to fix soon.

  5. Place names live — Crossroads, Inkwell, Sanctum, Guildhall, Search; Bind a Bond; Scrolls; /sanctum (301 from /my-stuff).

  6. Email activation — Confirmation letters via CitadelMail (SMTP-ready); resend on the sign-in gate; delivery not confirmed yet.

  7. Join + recover — New citizens can register at the gate; forgot-password recovery with email (dev shows the link when mail is unset).

  8. Production cache — File/Redis data-layer back on for Plaza, type counts, and Web of the day; Twig compile in production; PageCache stays off.

  9. Codex light preview — Title opens a text-only excerpt (~1,100 chars); finish the read, vote, and act on the full submission page.

  10. Codex hubs — King intro, then a full-summary gathered list (the post); forge flag; Browse/Seek hub filter.

  11. Flush honour hero — Shared template: collage flush to nav, title overlaid, compact crumbs below; Muro’s squirrel wash is the ambient reference.

  12. Winner portraits — When the local uploads vault is blocked (open_basedir), Muro and Towers load classic portraits from strolen.com instead of the dragon seal for every winner.

  13. Muro's Hall polish — Standard full-span hero collage from his top works; harmonica squirrel stays with In honour of Murometz; custom submission heroes.

  14. Muro's Hall — Yearly Muro Awards archive at /muro, with author Towers showing award stacks, signatures, and pagination.

  15. Browse by author — Category listings show the author’s avatar beside each piece instead of the shelf icon; missing portraits use a dragon-head seal.

  16. Signature seals — Guild-badge signatures render as compact tables with local graphics (Strolen’s template), hero avatar restored, level line cleaned up.

  17. Scriptorium pride — Private desk polish: Strolenati mark, trophy seals, Anvil chips, shelf cards, and echoes as short quotes — drafts stay off the public author page.

  18. Scriptorium — Private author’s desk: identity, recognition, The Anvil, published shelf, this week’s glance, recent echoes, and Waymarks — short prompts, not a wall.

  19. Scriptorium laurels — Desk second pass: Golden and HoH seals up front, biggest fans, recent love on your work, and a clearer trail of writings.

  20. Scriptorium desk — Your desk shows level and XP, writings in work and published, Honour on your scrolls, and a shelf of pieces you recently touched.

  21. Viewing folds — Discussion, Idea scrolls, Bonds, quest peers, and Use alongside collapse with a click so you can skip to the next band without scrolling the lot.

  22. Quest callout trim — Viewing quest blocks stay compact (summary + Open the quest); peer entries move down beside Bonds instead of bloating the header.

  23. Naming lexicon — Nav and halls speak places: Plaza, Forge, Scriptorium, Hearth, Seek; Bonds replace Connections; Members and Officers on the rolls; Keepers for staff.

  24. Richer forge editor — The Forge gets tempering tools (bold, headings, quotes, Cite), Write/Preview, and image upload into the piece — with safe HTML allowlisting on save.

  25. Discuss replies — Signed-in citizens can reply on open Legacy Discussion threads; posts land in place on the last page, with locked threads staying sealed.

  26. Guild trial progress — Signed-in citizens see met/unmet marks on hall trials; the pledge button stays sealed until every measurable trial is complete.

  27. Create depth — The forge takes tags, optional quest join (active or legacy), and turns [Title] links in the body into Companion connections on save.

  28. Guild pledge council — Hall officers (and staff) can accept or decline pending pledges on the rolls; petitioners may ask again after a decline.

  29. Create & My Stuff — Signed-in citizens can forge submissions (category → title/summary/body), save drafts or publish, and manage them from My Stuff.

  30. Inline comments & live XP — Posts and replies appear in place (no refresh); comment XP is clickable; submission authors grant a bonus (+10); blade awards update the page XP total.

  31. Comment & idea posting — Signed-in citizens can post discussion replies and forge idea scrolls on viewing; uses the classic lk_comment handlers under the hood.

  32. Thread reading refresh — Legacy discuss threads use a classic forum layout (author rail, post bars, alternating contrast) and fix mangled apostrophes in old posts.

  33. Workshop unlock (Keepers) — Keepers can browse V2.0 Workshop boards in Legacy Forums; guests and members still get a quiet 404.

  34. Discovery densification — Sparse viewing falls back to Related + Continue exploring; Browse gets standouts and an In a Quest filter; Connections show type and linker; empty guild/quest shelves offer next hops.

  35. Discovery density north star — Plan now measures relatedness (≥2 peers in ≤2 clicks), living halls, continuity, and no dead ends — densify surfaces before new create tools.

  36. Guild pledges — Signed-in citizens can petition a hall (or withdraw) from the guild page; pending names join the rolls while officers still accept by hand later.

  37. Suggest a link — On viewing, forge typed Connections in place (search title, pick Related / Companion / Sequel / …); uses the classic suggest handler under the hood.

  38. Blades & HoH confirm — XP clashes use the Citadel’s crossed-swords mark; Hall of Honour opens a confirmation dialog (what it means + bestow) on the viewing page.

  39. Sign in (accounts slice) — Legacy Citadel passwords work at /login; header shows your name and Sign out.

  40. Plaza challenge of the day — One daily call under the Plaza hero: live quest when a call is open, otherwise a rotating guild hall — same day-seed idea as Golden.

  41. Standalone hall heroes — Guild and quest header art spans full-bleed with no title overlay; names and kickers sit below the graphic for clear reading.

  42. Laurels & hall rolls — Quest winners get first/second place applause; guild and quest heroes full-bleed like viewing; guild pages list approved members and pledges.

  43. Quest & guild heroes — Header art on halls and quests; quest banners matched by name; XP awards and clear requirement lists on quest hubs (guild trials unchanged).

  44. Guild rule halls — Who/What/Why, measurable requirements, tag band, and disabled Pledge; env-keyed hall editor; pledges/officers schema ready for accounts.

  45. Community hearth — Guild hall cards with accents, active quest spotlight, quest archive, forums callout, and HoH strip; light guild theming only (not site-wide).

  46. Caches off — Page and Plaza app caches disabled so rebuild changes show immediately; reevaluate Redis / TTLs for production later.

  47. V2.0 Workshop private — Workshop boards hidden from the public forum map, search, and deep links (later unlocked for Keepers — see above).

  48. Forums celebrated — Community heralds Legacy Discussions; discuss index and boards use classic striped forum tables for category → board → topic navigation.

  49. Plaza query trim — Faster Web of the day / Golden / HoH picks; short file cache on Explore; optional list indexes (see docs/sql).

  50. Legacy Discussions — 2017 SMF archive with category/board navigation, poster avatars, and topic search; reply posting waits on accounts.

  51. Unified Search — Faceted filters for category, honour, quest, guild, and tag; title/author/summary query; `/freetext/{tag}` routes into Search.

  52. Knowledge graph Phase A — Quest hubs with shelves; Guild halls; Community doorway; companions soft-boost quest/guild; Plaza quest strip + Web of the day; stage Postgres indexes/views applied (see docs/sql).

  53. Viewing honour — Top Award CTA removed; HoH / Golden pride band opens the read when earned.

  54. Viewing bands — Connections / Use alongside span the content width; companions show a short intro.

  55. Viewing discussion — Comment cards with XP / Reply / +XP; Connections as collapsible multi-column lists.

  56. Plaza floor — Header logo shown clean; Just arrived beside a vertical category rail.
