Probably should have been in Hombrewed Ideas...

Why should it be in homebrewed ideas? Its a myth or rumor a PC can here.

"SHOOT! I just remembered what I forgot to put in!"

*slaps self in head and runs off to fix original post on Gods of War.*

Geez... as soon as my creative juices get flowing, I will post... something.

Ya, this is the first time Ive had an idea such as the Gods of war. I have thousands of ideas per minute when im not online, but when I am, I go braindead!
  5. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

Ah, the creative juices; what I would give to be able to bottle it up. Then, when needed, I would pull it out and add insperation to any writing project.
  6. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

Ya, or to an invention that needs desperate help, as mine tend to do!
  7. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #167
Invention? Are you an inventor snipe?
  8. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #168
Well, I try to be, but most things don't make it past the beta tests. I made a slide out panel in my wall where I keep my computer, so I type most of this in bed!

What would creative juices taste like? I mean, if you think about it, wouldn't that be just like drinking that liquid inside your skull that protects your brain? Not blood, it's this clear, pinkish fluid...
  10. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #170
Thats protective fluid not creaive juices. Creative juices is just blood rushing through your brain to allow it greater activity!
  11. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #171
    Bah!
  12. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #172
    Eww.
  13. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #173
EEW? How is that disgusting in any way? If it did not happen you would be dead right now, and no one wants that. At least I don't.
  14. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #174
Yeah. Without the pink fluid, our brains would be smacking around inside our skulls and we'd lose 100,000 brain cells every time we turned our heads.
  15. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #175
Well, yeah, but I thought of pink fluid floating around in the brain and I got a mental image and it grossed me out. *shivers* I've always known that the medical field wasn't for me, which is why I blatantly ignored my mother's suggestions that I become a doctor.

I don;t know why the sight of blood, especially their own, upsets some people. I am sure they cannot help themselves, but it is just blood. I don't get squemish when Im bleeding, if its on my hands I'll suck it up (it tastes pretty good, and this way you don't lose it) or if its on my legs (where I usually get cut up from soccer games) I just wash it off with some water and it is instantly forgotten.
  17. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

Mostly, people don't even think of their own blood, but other people's blood, especially large quantities, is somewhat of a subconcious taboo among humans. Other taboos that humans usually subconciously have are corpses and death.
  18. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

I can tolerate my own blood, and even other people's blood. Blood is okay. But other things.... I don't know. As long I can't visualize it, I'm fine.

I don't know, I just don't get squeemish (sp?), even at corpses. (And yes I have seen a few, at a morgue) My biggest phobia is actually thunder. It sounds wierd but I get jumpy whenever there is a big storm. I am fine when lightning hits a hill on an island 40 feet away, but when the thunder-clap hits I get jittery.

Oh me too, and we have them all the time where I live. I swear, the thunder strikes so hard it makes people's windows rattle. Then the power goes out for a minute or two, and then lightning strikes... one lady got struck by lightning... and my brother's car got struck by lightning while driving and well... storms freak me out. My mother let me watch to many horror movies that took place during storms as a five year old.

I find lightening storms kinda relaxing, actually.

I like the sound of rain rattling on my roof combined with thunder. It's soothing and makes the covers feel warmer.
  23. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #183
oh rain is awesome! Rain is my favorite weather.
  24. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #184
I like the gentle rains, but storms with lighting and thunder is just plain scary.
  25. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #185
Nah... nothing is better than than a fierce storm raging outside then getting curled up with a great book even better when the power goes out and you read it by candle light!
  26. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #186
I like to read by candle light! Fantasy books are especially good because the lighting enhances the aura othe book, and helps bring you into the world!
  27. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #187
    I don't know...
There's always the chance that you set the book on fire...
  28. Siren's Song (Sailors be warned!)

    #188
well obvioulsy it would be a bit more challenging for penguins but.....(j/k  )
