#361OOC: No prob on the side door thing Luke. YAY! Nuddah crazy person! Cheer 4 Black Rose
Otiluke followed Luke. "Umm... That message you gave me... I gave chase and never got to delver it. As for starving my self, I've just rescently drank 4 deer and a goat but animal blood to a human vampire is like a nicotine addict smoking cardboard." Otiluke had to jog to keep up with Luke. The passing soldiers looked fresh. ~No~ Otiluke felt weird. To help clear his mind he began doing complex math problems in his head. That'll last for now.
Svyel looked at the door where the new elf had just come in. "Hi. What's that sound?" he paused and listened to the rumbling. Quickly he got and and looked outside. Almost swallowing his tongue, Svyel tripped over backwards. "Not only is the entire forest dying but now were going to have a full scale war! This is not happening. Being a druid I must uphold tranquility and balance. I can't now because I have no power. My mana is gone." He swore in elven. He paused a moment. "Tranquility... That rings a bell somewhere... Oh, The crystal. We still want to destrow it... Right?" -

#362"i am from the land Hillanya. My great grandma was a healer when i was 20(now 200) my grandma showed me how to mix potoins and heal people. my grandma passed the her wise to me and the family trate. we can feel pain and illness. if you don't trust me then i will drink the remedy."*drinks remedy nothing happens* "as you can see nothiing happens thats because i am already in perfect health. so can i please help you. if you don't let me help you then she might die and i will go back to help fight the war." -

#363OOC: Svyel, they probably didn't have nicotine in those days, so I may need to change it for my book!
::Feanin was taken aback by the elf's behavior. "All right, all right," he said, "I have to question strangers for we have been through too much to trust someone so quickly. Since now I see you are true and a healer, you can be trusted. I will take you to our ill friend." He led Black Rose up the stairs and into the bedroom where Morgandy still lay unconscious on the bed. Sweat clung to her brow. Immediately Feanin rushed to her side, clasping her hand with one hand and touching her brow with the other. Feanin let out a dry sob; Morgandy had been through too much already, and all on her companions account; not her own! "Tierla una fo ne broho, Morgandy, tierla una fo ne broho," Feanin whispered in Ancient Fae Tongue, 'Come back to the light, Morgandy, come back to the light,'. Remembering himself, Feanin reluctantly got up and said in common tongue, "This is Morgandy. She, myself, a Druid named Svyel and a warrior named Luke have been on a very urgent mission. She was our leader, but she fell, powerless and nearly dead after destroying a very powerful wood demon with a Forbidden Ice spell. I do not know if you've heard of them, but they are forbidden here to most; only the most powerful of sorcerers and sorceresses are to wield them. I knew this could nearly kill Morgandy, but she acted on a whim, and heeded not my advice that could've saved her-" by now Feanin had to stop and wipe his eyes. All this time he had felt it had been his duty to protect Morgandy that now he felt responsible for what happened to her.::

#366OOC: Sry for the slow posting but I'm out of town and keeping tabs from a realy realy shitty hotel computer thats for the guests, it has a wireless dial up connection or something so the speed is pretty slow. I'll be back home tomorrow afternoon, right now I'm in Portland OR visiting the University of Portland (which is very cool, and I'm working on getting an army rotc scholarship, wish me luck :) )
SAMETIME DAY 2
IC: Fiona came back into the living room just as the stranger entered claiming to a healer of sorts. Her face was pale she went into the room and stood next to Feanin, "Luke's gone she said, he and some vampire are going with the army against Yuna's forces. Whatever we can do to help Morgandy we better risk. I don't think there is alot of time left for us." Fiona tried to keep her impassive stonrg mask on but everything was catching up to her, Luke leaving, Morgandy bedridden like this she leaned on Feanin and tears fell like rain drops from her eyes. "Come on Morgandy, we need you." She wimpered outloud without even realizing it.
* * * * *DAY2 TWILIGHT 8:00PM * * * * *
Once outside the small forest city, and the gazes of proud old vetrans, young children, and fearful mothers, daughters, and wives. The soldiers spread out from the tight packed awe inspiring column that was actualy useless for combat in this new age of combat, into a wide staggered formationg that spanned a mile or two in an opposing line.
The Fae soldiers Luke noticed were equiped with large brown green shields that blended with the terrain and long lethal double bladed javelins, and leathery brown green armor. A contigent of Fae soldiers were archers, or footmen, the rest were sorcerers or military priests that acted as support and healers. Luke and Otiluke made their way to the commander a broad shouldered Fae large for his race that had a nasty scar that ran from his temple to his chin.
Luke paced next to him but didn't salute lest there was an enemy assasin about, "We've talked before, I'm Luke. Commander is this all you have?"
The Fae's hard turned on Luke as if appraising him then recongnition doned in them, "Ahh you. No this isn't all there's another old outpost in the next grove of woods near here that some of our Dragonhawk Riders roost in they'll be of help to us but other than that were it."
Luke looked sour, "It's going to be a hard fight she's more poiwerful than last time."
"I know."
"Yet you march anyways?"
"Someone has to do something."
Luke nodded. In the distance a flight of Dragonhawk riders took wing towards them as they got closer Luke looked hard at one of them. Dragonhawks usualy had featherwings and were almost phoenix like in color, these were scaly and black. "Commander are you sure those are ours?"
"What are you talking about, of course they are." But he pulled out a farseeing device anyways, a long tube with two lenses and it telescoped out. The commander looked throung the device then handed to Luke, "Tell me those are ours," He murmmered.
Luke glanced through the telescope at one but the Dragonhawk wasn't there at all, instead a skeletal form with ugly black leathery wings and glowing blue eyes that seeped out hatred from a skull like face greeted him.
"Were in trouble.." Luke said. Just as the first Gargoyal dived on a unknowning soldier and attacking him like an eagle on a mouse. "THEY AREN"T OURS! ACRHERS ATTACK!" The commander screamed as more of the ugly beasts attacked at range with arrows. -

#367OOC: I honestly don't know. It could have something to do with how much you post.
::Morgandy felt hot liquid being poured down her throat. She nearly gagged on this even more putrid substance than the previous. She felt the new presence very near. However, Morgandy seemed healthier, and stronger. She could move her limbs, but could not yet come out of her state. She could also make out the presences in her mind better. One was familiar to her, and good-hearted. The other was unfamiliar to her, but was also true. This new strength and vision comforted Morgandy some, and she was no longer restless so she rested well.:: -

#371::Feanin too, left the room, but not after kissing Morgandy's brow and closing the door. (8 PM) For hours, Feanin had sat in the front room, thinking about what he should do. He was anxious for Morgandy's medicine to work, yet he knew he would have to wait. Dark was quickly settling in the forest. Feanin could wait no longer. He slung his longsword and bow and quiver across his back and fit his dagger in its sheath. He said to Fiona, "I must go to the battlefront. They need all the help they can get. I know there are few soldiers since the last wars in the elder days! We barely stand a chance..." He trailed off, then went back upstairs to Morgandy and clasped her hand.
She turned her head towards him but stayed in her unconscious state. "My heart is with you, Brave One, to the end of the age," Feanin said this to her and left the room. "Be sure to send Morgandy to the battlefront when she is well and able. I would otherwise wish her not to come, but her own stubbornness and our people's need will not keep her tied down here." With that, Feanin left the house and quickly made his way to the battlefield, murmuring an Ancient Faeish prayer.::

#373OOC: Were you talking to Fiona or yourself?
::Morgandy could feel the unfamiliar presence near again. She was now restless again, anxious to be cured, and she tossed and turned in her bed. The presence was dabbing her forehead with a cool cloth. Morgandy's tension cleared a bit. OOC: I have to speed things up so- Morgandy felt hot liquid again being spooned down her throat, but this time it was hearty and delicious, like fresh stew. She swallowed the stuff willingly and soon felt her strength gaining again. Morgandy, with difficulty, came out of her unconscious state. She turned her head a bit, confused and bleary-eyed. "Where am I?", was what she mumbled several times. After a moment her vision cleared and she could see again. Morgandy now saw that she was lying in her old bed, in her old room in her cousin Fiona's house. This was reassuring; yet Morgandy still did not know who the presence was. She now saw that the presence was a female elf, of about 200 years she'd say, with bright red hair like her cousin's and a cloak the color of night. Morgandy jumped to see her and exclaimed, "W-who are y-you? W-who brought me here? How long have I b-been like this? W-where are the o-others? I want to see Feanin. Where is Fiona?"....Feanin could now see the battlefront. Soldiers were armed and ready for battle. He would have been among their ranks had he not been on this mission, he thought to himself. He could see Luke with none other than Otiluke. 'What is he doing here?' Feanin thought, 'to feed off the dead most like.' Feanin still did not like the thought of having a vampire on their side, cursed or not. It put them in more danger. Feanin tried to move up to where Luke was, but was blocked. He also tried to look for Svyel, who had gone missing, but couldn't find him either so situated himself and prepared to fight. Soon Feanin saw great Dragonhawks approaching. They were terrible and menacing; Feanin knew they were minions of Yuna. He acted immediately and piered one straight through the heart with a bowshot. The crowd roared with surprise, disgust, and terror, now all fighting too as another soldier was torn to shreads by one of the hawks. Feanin now thought that he should've told Fiona to keep Morgandy at the house, where it was safe. Feanin doubted even he could withstand such foes, and with the Fae's outnumbered ranks, hope seemed almost long gone.::

#374*lighty pushs Morgandy back on the bed* "Don't get up your not all well. I am Black Rose the princess of Hillanya. I am also a healer. without me fight now you would still be ill. Feanin is at the battle front to help the Faes. He is alright. Don't worry. I have been taking care of you and i will still be until your better then I will go back and help the Faes with the war. You have to stay put for a little longer your not fully healed but by tomorrow you should be fine. -

#375OOC: Ok, Rode, the other elf, is prince of Hillanya. How are you going to make that work?
::Morgandy couldn't believe what she was hearing. (OOC: let's just say you said everyone-but Fiona of course-was at the battle field.) Her companions were all at the battlefield and the battle was probably well under way now, without her! Morgandy was better, she knew it! She could feel strength fully back in her limbs, her head cleared, she had lost no memory, she didn't feel sick, so who did this strange elf think she was telling Morgandy she wasn't well enough to fight? "No," Morgandy said with determination, "I am well and I will fight. My health is back; I should know if it is better than anyone! I see you do not know me though, I have been through many battles against powerful foes. I will not be kept here like a bird in a cage. No one can stop me, I must help my friends and my people! I am the one who is responsible for this war-" Morgandy stopped herself; she certainly did not want to tell a complete stranger about her curse. Her curse was what made Morgandy decide long ago that she would do whatever she could to fight Yuna and to see the crystal destroyed. "You must understand," Morgandy said, "that there are reasons that you do not know of that I should fight. It is my duty." With that Morgandy got out of bed, without feeling her health lessened so that she would not be able to fight. She threw on her cloak, sheathed her shortsword and swung her bow and quiver across her back. She would not wait, not even till morning, for the battle may be over by then, and if her companions died, Morgandy would feel wholly responsible for it. She would fight for her people, her friends, and all she had put them through; to protect them.:: -

#376OOC: * The Dragonhawks were actualy Fae beasts, the creatures that attacked were Gargoyals, which in this story are like an undead man beast but with wings. The commander was expecting Dargonhawks but since it was twilight no one could really tell what they were untill it was to light.
DAY 2 IN THE MORNNING
Fiona rushed into the room when she heard Morgandy's voice, she saw her dawn her battle garb and hugged in a warm embrace. "Thanks the powers your awake!" She turned to Black Rose, "Thank you, so much! NOw we must ride."
While Morgandy finished getting ready Fiona went and changed into her armor, a full set of leather padded armor under a set of light chainmail. She completed the outfit with a long bow & quiver, and two small daggers tucked up her sleeves, and a tight leather band she used to pull ger long flwoing red hair out of her face. She returned a couple minutes later, "Lets go Augustine showed up this morning, and I have two more horses ready too. You had better come with us too BlackRose they'll need all the help they can get."
* * * * *
Luke dodged a burning green arrow and unleashed another arrow from a quiver he borrowed of a slain Fae it arched up and punched a whole in the black leathery wing of one of the unholy beasts. Luke kept rolling and twisting to stop any of the beasts form getting a good bead on him. He spied Feanin joining the frey and worked his way towards him. -

#379OOC: Ok sorry, Luke. I did'nt notice that. Also, it wouldn't be morning because my last post was only a little after 8:30 PM, besides, the next day is day 3.
8:40 PM of Day 2
::Morgandy was worried for Augustine, hoping that she had found proper food and shelter, and also became annoyed at her companions, who should have brought her. Then Morgandy realized that this was also Augustine's home, and she probably would have gone to Morgandy's house.
Morgandy was ready, and she told Fiona so. They shut the doors, put out the candles, and left the house. Morgandy found Augustine nearby on the ground. She rushed over and stroked her fur, murmuring comforting words to the seemingly startled horse. However, she knew they had not much time, so Morgandy swung herself upon Augustine's saddle as Fiona and Black Rose did also with their horses. They rode swiftly out to the battlefront, where cries and clashing grew louder as they drew nearer. Soon they reached the battle and had little time to react for a giant Gargoyle swooped down on them. It was difficult to fight, and all of them were slashing and stabbing with all their might. Finally it felt backwards; dead. Morgandy noticed a slash on her left arm, but she and the two others went deeper into the battle, fighting bravely.:: -

#380Otiluke found a dead body and drained a couple of pints of blood before his meal was interupted by an elvish warrior ready to attack him. "RAARGH!" Belowed the elf when Otiluke jumped aside. "No... I'm on... your side!"
"If you're on my side then why did you kill Lorin'ul?" Spat the elf.
"He was already dead and I need strength!" Otiluke turned on his heel and pounced on an unsuspecting, low gargoyal rider. (Remember that "low" is a matter of relativity and to a vampire 80 feet is low)
OOC: Okay what exactly are we fighting? I know Yuna's army but what are they.
Svyel was a bit at the back of the army and was unsure of how he could help. He had no mana in him and he was weaponless. Even if he tried to use a weapon of a fallen soldier he would be innefficient with it as he doesn't know how to use any weapon except for a sickle. His tiger appeared again. Svyel had no idea where it kept disappearing to but it always came back when needed. Svyel grabbed a spear from a soldier who seemed to favor a sword. Promptly Svyel got onto the tiger's back and rode the war ready animal into the fray with an almost frightening zeal.
OOC: Good luck with that army scholarship thingy Luke. What is it anyway? -

#381Black Rose flew into battle. hitting all of yuna's army well.... as much as she could. so it would be night fall and she would go to the camps and heal the wounded.
She took out her staff."Lets kick some Yuna gargoyal ass."And with that a big blast of light came out of the staff killing the gargoyla with out any flesh wounds.
OCC. is it ok to curse on this web page?
oh well a little late now.lol.
CAMP
Black Rose stood in the camp hospial tent there she healed and brought comfront to her people and the Faes.
After healing the people in the tent she went over to her compaions and healed them. Then she healed herself.
"You fought well today" she said to Fiona and Morgandy. "Hopefully we can hold threw the night"
They went back to the battle front. -

#382OOC: Thanks, yeah I'm for Yuna's army I thought we wouldn't use any specific foe but a collection of undead and evil beasts and units. Here's a short list of what I had in mind for Yuna's forces:
Undead: Units are things raised from the dead and controled by Necromancers that are working for Yuna, about 1 Necromancer to 20 Undead units.
Evil: Things that willing serve Yuna.
Ghoul: Basic Melee Soldier attacks using claws in their hands has ability to consume flesh and gian back health. (Undead)
Gargoyal: Light flying unit with a bow and arrow for attacks, the arrows have a chance of poisoning you but slim. (Undead)
Necromancer: A control unit that animates the dead for Yuna's control, capable of raising dead units, into undead warriors, or Ghouls.
Anyone else got ideas?
IC:
Luke rolled past two arrows, he saw Otiluke attack a Gargoyal 80 feet up and leech onto to it. It gave him and idea he grabbed a length of rope from a fallen warrior and scampered up a towering oak tree.
As another gargaoyal made a low sweeping attack on another Fae, Luke leapt onto it's back and wrapped his chain around the neck of the beast and leaned close.
"If you want to live any longer do as I say." The beast screeched but didn't buck him off. Luke pulled out his sword, Prometheus, lightining crackled and thunder rolled like drums across the battlefield. Luke gouged the beast in the left to side to make go left it gave an indignany roar but swerved left and let Luke behead another gargoyal. -

#383OOC: Hmm...You forgot about the Goblins; Yuna's main warriors. Also, Black Rose; the war wouldn't be over just like that and there would be no breaks either, so we're still fighting. Sorry, having kind of a writer's block so I'll just update on Rode and Irinya's part of the story. -

#3846:30 PM IN THE REALM OF SPRIGG
::By now everyone was done feasting and very sleepy indeed. The food had been just as good as the food prepared for them in Syella's halls. Everyone had talked and laughed and sang, just as in Syella's halls too. Irinya realized that not much turmoil or evil ever touched Sprigg, which was why everyone was almost always in a good, jovial mood. However, this made Irinya miss Syella very much, and hope that she would see her again after all this was over. Irinya also realized, though, that many in their company were still frequently gazing at Irinya's brow. This made her feel isolated, freakish, and uncomfortable. She felt like a rare animal in a cage for people to gawk at and poke at with sticks. She told no one of this, though, and did join in some of the merrymaking. Now Irinya had gotten a book from her bag and was sitting in the front room, about to read it. The Nymphs had gone back to their homes to leave the travelers for the night and the Unicorn had gone too; he hadn't said where, but Irinya saw him going off deep into the wood. Fern and Rode had gone back up to their rooms, and Irinya thought, to sleep. (now 9 PM) However, this was confirmed when Irinya heard creaking on the stairs while she was in the middle of reading. She gasped from surprise and looked up from her book to the stairs. The dim light of the fire in the fireplace and one candle for Irinya to read by was just light enough to make out the handsome features of Rode's face. Irinya looked down again, blushing, and said, "I thought you'd gone to bed by now. We've a long journey ahead of us tomorrow; you need your rest." Rode came down the last few steps and into the front room to sit down on a couch across from Irinya. "Do not say such folly things to me, Irinya, you of all people should be getting rest. I cannot sleep because I have been thinking of the road ahead. I see why it is you don't sleep, though; you are carrying a heavy burden and you've gone through a lot for one day. I know it must be hard. It's the path you took, though; to save our world is never an easy thing." Irinya nodded. For the first time in days, Rode was seeming to sympathize with Irinya and her task. Not only that, but what Rode spoke was true. Irinya had been wrong about him; he was empathetic and he did care for her. These things caused tears to well up in her eyes. "It is true, Rode," she said through sobs, "It is the path I chose. Yet now...now I feel like it was a mistake...like someone should've gone in my place...this task should never have been appointed to me, one so young and weak...I cannot do it!" Now Irinya buried her face in her hands, sobbing. Her book fell to the floor.... TO BE CONTINUED! -

#386OOC: Again, Black Rose, we are still in the middle of battle, but thanks for justifying your character anyway. So, are you Rode's long lost sister then? I'd appreciate you replying to my OOC's! We're lacking in communication! -
Tavern Party
#387OCC sorry Forest Fae. ok i know we are in the middle of the battle but. there is a refuge camp out side of the battle.were the people who are injured go. its is very far away from the battle front and it is protected by magic so yuna's army can't find it. -
Tavern Party
#388OOC: Ok, but who said I was injured? Or Fiona for that matter? Another thing you'll need to learn about roleplaying is that you should not control other characters, unless the user says its ok. I still wanted to be fighting, but now that I'm in this camp I guess I'll just go with it. But next time, please ask first if you can control my character; it's a little annoying and at first I didn't know what you were doing. And you still haven't told me if you were Rode's sister yet or not; I'm guessing you probably are but I just need clarification on these things. Thanks. -

#389OOC: New unit ideas.
Gnolls: Often associated with goblins. These are half human half jackal type creatures. Very ugly. Drools a lot.
Hobgoblin: Goblins who are born and trained stronger.
Bugbears: Usually those in charge of goblins. They're the tacticians. They look like a large goblin but with fur and a bear like nose.
Lichs: Skeletal necromancers that have cheated death in death. They are some of the most powerful spell casters on the planet. Often lead other necromancers.
I have the dungeons and Dragons books so if you need any spells or monsters, just ask.
Otiluke carried on with his nightmareish type of mid air skirmish. Gargoyal after Gargoyal dropped out of the sky but there seemed to be no end.
Svyel met in a head on confrontation with a lich. Black energies of death itself whisped out of the skull. The lich looked at Svyel and Svyel could have sworn he saw it grin. 'Splink' the spear's metal head entered the rib cage of the lich but to no effect because there were no organs to damage. Svyel gulped hard but found relief when his tiger mauled the stuffing out of the lich. Bones were sent flying in all directions as the lich screeched in an unearthly voice. Then Svyel looked with horror as glimmerring humanoids emerged from the back of Yuna's army
OOC: The glimmering humanoids are banshees.
Banshees: A wraith of sorts except that it is the spirit of a tormented woman that died because her loved one turned against her. They are so sad and bent on revenge that hatred and sorrow fills the heart of all that hear her talk. Though when they scream and you are within a 25 foot radius of one, you die. -

#391OOC: AGAIN BLACK ROSE, AND FOR THE LAST FREAKIN' TIME, ARE YOU OR ARE YOU NOT RODE'S SISTER?!?! What are you, blind to that question that I've asked you about ten times now? :x Hurry up and answer me! -

#392OOC: Are you guys getting all these unit ideas from D&D? Because if you are, I don't want to have everything copied from D&D. The story so far is already seeming a bit too much like Lord of the Rings as it is.
::Morgandy was stunned by Black Rose's news, but there wasn't much time to talk. She had been dragged here by Black Rose because of one minor slash to the arm. She could've been fighting all this time and there was time for talk later. Besides, her wound was so insignificant that it had healed quite some time ago. "We can talk later," she declared, rising from the bed she was sitting on, "Right now the army needs my help, and yours too, Fiona. Next time, Black Rose, do not force me to go to the refuge tent. I will know when and if I need to." With that, Morgandy picked up her Faeish shortsword and headed back towards the fray with Fiona following. Morgandy definitely wasn't liking this Black Rose much; her stubbornness was clashing with Morgandy's, and Morgandy didn't trust her much. She would've confided this to Fiona, but at that time Morgandy was far too angry to speak. However, this gave her more will to fight and when they neared the fray, another Gargoyle swooped down towards them and Morgandy, knowing not where she found the strength to do it, slashed the beast's head off with one swing of her shortsword. Now she was hardly frightened, though either, and went back into the battle with courage like she had never felt before, killing dark warrior after dark warrior. (OOC: When I say 'dark warrior' I mean any of Yuna's units.) Morgandy now remembered Feanin and looking for him, found him struggling with a hobgoblin. He was very bloody and looked in a bad, exhausted state. Morgandy ran up behind the monster and slashed it through the heart from behind. Feanin's eyes bulged at the sight of her. "You're well," he exclaimed crackily with the best smile he could manage. Morgandy said determinedly, "Feanin, you are not in a shape to fight. Please, get to the refuge tent immediately or I fear you will die!" He started to protest, but Morgandy was persistent. Finally he agreed and Morgandy watched him safely off to the tent and then began fighting again. However, she had lost Fiona someways back in the fray and was now alone again. Morgandy wished Fiona was still at her side, being like a mother to Morgandy, and regretted that they had not had a proper meeting after Morgandy's being gone for so long. She realized that Fiona must have been worried sick about her, and was probably the one who sent Feanin after her.::

...Rode rushed to Irinya's side and clutched her shoulders. "Irinya," he said comfortingly yet firmly, "you must have hope that you can do this. It will be hard but you must do it. If you cannot do it, no one else can. Fern and I, and the Nymphs and all of the light side, will always be there to help you along your way and guide you. Help will always be there if you need it." Rode was searching for more words of comfort when Irinya's sobs subsided a little. She looked up into Rode's eyes, finding hope and comfort in them, but she was not sure yet about love. Looking down again, blushing, she said, "Thank you, Rode. I don't know what I'd do without you." She smiled, and Rode smiled too. Hesitantly, he pulled her into a warm, comforting embrace. This lasted for some time, until they remembered themselves and shyly pulled away from each other. "Uh, well...I better get some sleep," Rode stammered. Irinya nodded and said, "I will go to sleep soon, too." Rode nodded and headed back upstairs, but not before saying, "Good night". Irinya too, bid him good night, and picked up her book. When she was about to start reading again, a fuzzy mind-message entered her thoughts. This greatly startled Irinya, for she didn't know she could get mind-messages. Then, remembering that she was a seer and probably could get such messages, she examined what was being sent to her. Since it was fuzzy, Irinya realized that it must be from far away. It was a woman's voice, one that seemed strangely familiar to her. After a time she realized that it was Morgandy's voice. 'What is it?' Irinya sent back. With Morgandy's reply, she seemed surprised at Irinya's reply, but that was probably because she didn't know that Irinya was a seer and would actually receive it. 'Where are you right now, Irinya?', 'In the Nymph village in the forests of Sprigg, where are you?' Again, Morgandy seemed surprised, replying, 'On the outskirts of my home, Bonnyvale. Believe it or not, we are in the midst of a great war, which is why I tried to reach you. There are some things you ought to know...' Irinya waited patiently for Morgandy to go on... #394OOC: Not really mine are just from a combination of books I've and fantasy type games I've played plus a little editing from me :P
Lord Vermidion: A vamperic general that heads up Yuna's demonic horde. An ancient vampire noble that has developed other abilities over the centuries.
The Beast: While Luke was ressurrected in apure uncontiminated form, the Beast was also summoned forth. It has all of Luke's dark inner traits, his greed, his lust, with out anything to balance out the evil. The beast is epitome of human evil, and the prototype for the humans Yuna will control if she is not stopped.
IC: Fiona made her way back to the battle field with Morgandy. At an unbelievable range and uncanny accuracy she unleashed a swarm of arroes that took prey of the undead horde. Just as she finished off one ghoul she noticed the shimmering banshee flowing towards her, "Not today hag."
Fiona took aim and cut loose an arrow that pierced the banshee through the shroat and pinning her to a tree, her cry gurlged out as a blackish ooze bubbled out of her mouth.
Luke leapt off the Gargoyal he had been riding and used his chain to choke it, as he descended to the ground, the gargoyal his the ground behind him. Luke plunged Prometheus into it and the light from the blade charred the wound.
Then he saw a blacker than the night shadow that came out of the trees at a slow gate to him. It had red facial tattoing, red glowing slits for eyes and a huge jaw that gapped with knife like teetth. From his forearms two meter long claws sprouted both jet black edged in a dark red. Venom dripped from the tips, it undulated across the ground its body almost completely shrouded in a black shadow mist. It hissed and Luke raised his sword and let Prometheus' light stern his nerves and reinforce his courage.
As Promethus' blade glowed till it was white like the sun, and shone across the battlefield like a beacon of hope. The beast roared in detest of the light and galloped toward Luke while he charged across the field toward the beast his sword held high.
"FOR BONNYVALE!!!!" Luke's voice echoed across the field.
The beast gave an equaly loud guteral roar, and they clashed... -

::Fighting was strenuous enough for Morgandy, but having to pay attention to her opponents while sending mind-messages to Irinya who was probably leagues away (yet Morgandy didn't know because she knew not where Sprigg lie, and envied Irinya for being there) was very difficult. Twice Morgandy had nearly gotten her head chopped off for not paying enough attention to the war. She realized that this probably wasn't the best time, but she was afraid she would forget to do it later and she needed to tell Irinya about some things she might not know. Yet, to make matters worse, rain began pouring from the sky heavily and thunder sounded in the distance. Hence, Morgandy continued her message...
...'Irinya,' cracked Morgandy's voice through Irinya's thoughts, 'Yuna is becoming far stronger far faster than we thought.....Her army is massive and an almost impossible fight.....The Faes and Elves are too greatly outnumbered....' Her message stopped there, but Irinya sat silently, waiting for Morgandy to go on. She continued, 'There is an Elf here with us....One you might have heard of....You'll never believe it....But first, did Rode or any of the other Elves ever tell you that Rode once had a sister?' Irinya, stunned, replied, 'Why....I believe he told me before of a sister....He hardly talks about her for his loss is so great....He probably dosen't remember her much either....She was kidnapped, you see, as a babe, and no one had ever seen her since then....I was too young to remember it but I know that she was a bit younger than me, and Rode....Anyway, why do you ask?' Morgandy replied, 'Because this Elf I spoke of....is Rode's long lost sister....Or so she claims to be....' Irinya gasped and replied, 'You can't be sure, though....Did she tell you her name? What's her name?' Morgandy replied, 'She says her name is Black Rose....And she claims to be the Princess of Hillanya....And that she was kidnapped as a babe by Yuna....But then she says someone saved her....And she has been living in Freemont ever since...' Irinya replied, 'That is strange....I will tell Rode about this....What other news?' Morgandy replied, 'I've seen the crystal begin to wield its evil over people....It corrupts them and turns them to the dark....I've even seen it control your King!' 'No!', was Irinya's startled reply. The King of Hillanya had always been such a kind, good-hearted King. He had even been like a father to Irinya after her parents had died. Irinya temporarily lost connection with Morgandy as she again broke down in tears. All this news was too much to bear... TO BE CONTINUED! 9:15 PM OF DAY 2 IN THE REALM OF SPRIGG -

#398OOC: Hey BlackRose I don't mean to be annoying, but maybe we can work on some of your writing?
*gives the rest of the people in the tent healing med.*
Black Rose goes back into action. killing yunas monsters.
Maybe we can rework this into something a little more flavorful?
Instead of just maybe using action marks and typing a quick sentence, you could elaborate a little?
This could be a few reuglar sentences describing the action:
*gives the rest of the people in the tent healing med.*Black Rose goes back into action. killing yunas monsters
BlackRose sensing an urge to return to the battle casts a powerful healing spell, everyone felt refreshed and the front. As BlackRose returned to the fight she dodged three arrows that came from above Gargoyals. Just as she righted herself, she noticed the silvery whisp of a Banshee heading straight for her. BlackRose charged the banshee and impaled it on her sword.
Maybe something like that but hey don't you have at least enough time to type with some grammar? I don't mean to be offensive just trying to help you participate more. :)
IC: Luke and the Beast crossed sword and claws, each time metal met tallon a sickening sound like nails on a chalk board cut the air. The Beast came at Luke hard pressing it's advantage of size, Luke responed using a two hand grip to block a double strike from the Beast's two sharp talons. Luke struggled under the blow and used the force to side step and kick the beast hard in the side wide bone crunching satisfaction. The Beast stumbled back a few feet out of the sweeping slash of Luke's sword Prometheus. It roared fiercly and charged closing the small gap again in a quick frenzy, Luke fell back under the Beast's fury almost a full ten paces. Luke felt his back press up against a tree and he bounced off it attacking the Beast in a rage of powerful strikes, the Beast blocked with one talon, with the other he made a piercing attack at Luke's head. Luke cocked his head to the left the claw brushed past it but hte creatures meaty fist slammed right into his face. Luke flew back just missing the tree into some brush.
Luke laid there in a daze he didn't think his nose was broken but both nostriles were flowing with blood. Luke rolled back into crouch, just as a the beast cut his arms in a "X" a burst of dark purple flame leapt forth rushing right at Luke... -
