   Welcome to the Citadel's Royal Voting Exchange (RVE)!
   
   Do you have a glorious sub which you feel just didn't get the attention it deserved? Or have you had a sub which you feel was swallowed by a busy time in the citadel, or was neglected during a quiet period! Perhaps you have an unfinished work which you would love feedback for! Maybe you made a sub so large that there just wasn't enough motivation for others to slog through it!
   Whatever your voting woes, the RVE is here to help!
   
   Here at the RVE, we believe in all subs getting the attention they deserve. Therefore we have created a system by which you may gather more attention to your neglected submission, by paying people to vote!
   
   Noooo hahaha, put away your credit cards, friends. Here is how it works:
   You may post a bulletin in the Royal Voting Exchange, requesting that people read and view your subs. You may then post the price you are willing to pay, in the form of how many of your own votes are up for grabs. In exchange for someone taking the time to read a sub of yours,  you will do the same for them. Just post up how many votes you wish to pay, and the  first takers of your offer will be rewarded with your own opinion of their sub!
   
   Now, there must be some standards set to be a part of the RVE. We can't set a bad reputation for the company, after all.
   - votes should be made within about a week of posting a reply to an add. The same goes with the payment. We can't just up and say we are going to do something and then neglect it!
   - if you have already read and voted for the requested sub, you cannot put your name up for it. Also, if a customer asks for a sub vote on one you've already read, you should ask him foe a different sub. Fair is fair!
   - customers do not have to put up their own subs foe comment. If they feel generous, they may put up another person 's sub.
   - In the name of all that is holy, do not put make anyone read through Cheka Man's infamous short story! We do not want people dying of exhaustion! :p
   - just because you requested the feedback doesn't mean you're entitled to a great vote! Accept what is given to you, even if the feedback is negative!
   - If you have a request up, and someone else puts another request up, you can respond to that request, but not with the sub you already have in the RVE board.
   
   So come one, come all to the Royal Voting Exchange, and let the votes flow free!

   Due to the size of the Fields of flesh I offer not one vote, but TWO votes to the subs of the customer's choice, unless the sub is of similar length to the Fields of Flesh, in which case I offer only one.

    Nah, I'll still be passively trawling the subs of the main site and vote on all sorts or things! By not taking a vote all you did was merely give someone else the opportunity to take that vote. Cudos to you! :D

    I will comment and vote on both of your most recent submissions, Moonlake, as I try to comment on all Weavers Guild submissions :)  I won't have time until lunch-ish tomorrow, however.
    
    I don't really expect any comments/votes on my work in return, but if you feel like leaving a note on one of the newer users' subs (Plasmawake, Morningstar, etc), that would be great!

    Thanks, Dossta. One is stub but you are welcome to leave a comment if you feel like it. Btw, I think the last of my subs for the Weaver Guild comes out today.

    Short challenges and general overviews won't generally get a high vote from me on anything unless they hold an idea that wholly captivates me. In this case they are fun and good ideas, they just don't say that much. Ya know?

    Strolen, is what you wrote for the revised version with the expanded Youlini section? Just getting a bit confused given the versioning. If it is, well, there will be further updates but probably not in such a short period as the time b/w the last 2 versions.

    Caesar193, I will vote on your History of Atheus in return for a vote on my Kalimon overview which is roughly the same length. I don't need a urgent vote on it (I wrote it for the Weaver Guild and now I'm already an official member) but an additional vote is always good. btw, are you needing a vote somewhat urgently for your Cartographer Quest (cos I might be reading your work in multiple sessions)? If you are, then post another line after mine saying you want someone that can respond a bit more quickly. I will still read your work but just take my time with it.

    I was going to read it anyway before you post this up here and the sub I want you to read is in in-work status Magic System based on Fengshui. On the other hand, I've got a sub which I posted in haste a while ago and had a score below 3 that I had since updated which is Fools' gems Would appreciate it if more ppl vote on it to push the avg score back up.

    Axle, I will read your Spiked Sea sub eventually in return for my Magic System based on Fengshui which is currently really in in-work status even though it's out as a normal sub. You don't have to read it now since I'll be PMing everyone who has expressed interest in it and/or voted on it when it's really done.

    I would be willing to trade one or two vote(s) for a reasonably sized idea scroll on my Npc History Generator. I am looking for events that can take place in the life of a ruler/hero,heroine(gender neutral)/noteworthy figure, within the course of 5-10years.

    Here are my conditions: I don't vote on 100 Word subs. And preferably nothing too long, normal size is fine, but things like whole worlds and systems, I would rather stay away from in most cases. For the benefit of all involved.

    No coercion necessary -- the crystallings were an awesome idea, well worthy of an upvote.  If you feel like adding another pet to the 'Dex sometime, that would be sweet (but really, not necessary if you're busy with other stuff).

    Thanks, Dossta. I keep a tab on all scrolls that need more additions (to my knowledge, that is) thru my favourite list Scroll Additions and contribute ideas when they occur to me. I mean, there's one sub that I listed, Plenty O' Enterprizes that I saw like 2-3 years ago, I thought it belongs to my fav. list, couldn't add to it and forgot to tag it then. Then somehow when I was writing up my 30 Symbols for Societies or Shop Signs, I remembered an entry from it, looked the sub up and then I thought up 3 ideas for it over the space of 2 days. So yeah, if any random thoughts on unusual pets occur to me, I will definitely add to the PetDex. To be honest, I have a bit of a fetish for completing incomplete 30s or 101s.

    Kassy, are you asking ppl to vote on the Onyx Guardian now given that you say you will expand on it? I took a look at it before but I refrained from voting b/c I felt it was too much a tease in terms of a plot and so wanted to wait till you come back to it and do an expansion.
    I've already voted on the Square of Heros and will take a look at Citadel Blaze tmr. Personally, I don't have so short a sub that I would like more votes on so how about a trade to add one user-submitted idea to either Chinese Whispers or some emblems/shop signs to my 30 symbols for various societies or shop signs? Both are Wikis started by me.
