This is a nicely generic class item. Something useful, but not too powerful for the players to have. I would have liked some more background on the initials and any stories related to this item. Good work, though.

im a kender, and i need a good set of lockpicks.

This is a good item, but I would like more background, and perhaps a history of somekind, who made, why, hwhat happened to it, what is it made of, is it hard to make, etc.
Other then that it looks good, and will soon be in my campaign.

What do the initials O.N. mean? That seems like an important detail. This is a good item, but it needs more background.

I like the name for these precious picks. Like Zylithan, I'd like to know more about O.N. Also, I would like to say a quick hello to Tebucatta. I have never corresponded with a kender before. Thats a cool name, Tebucatta.

You might consider making a bunch of these nicely generic items and putting them in the same sub together. Maybe 30 thieves' tools or something. Otherwise, I agree with those who have come before me: this item would really benefit from some fleshing out -- more background, notes on use and limitations, etc.

I never knew this citadel, back when 100 words was standard, not a novel approach revisionist approach. If the citadel is still around 2023, than it would be interesting to see what the submissions are like then.
I going to bet the move to fiction will have taken over by that point.
I like the mystery of O.N. but would also be interested in knowing what the author envisioned. Somewhere, perhaps, Nimblefinder is out there working the jobs and wearing the pants of grown ups. He may reflect sometime on the RPG days of his youth and the days when he thought of himself as a bit of a writer and do google search for his old handle.
She/He will find that Nimblefinder did have large on-line presence, and hopefully he will pass up Literotica, and RPG cats (other fiction-esque posting sites with a nimblefinder) to go make few nostalgic posts on the citadel. We can only hope......

This might have been a very old sub submitted in the early days and while this sub is complete, I cannot really view it as a solid sub given the sparsity of details so I will have to vote 2.5 unfortunately.

I'm stepping back in time! These are perfectly fine lockpicks, but today's Strolenite craves more! MORE! MORE!! A richer back story would be fantastic! Who is O.N!?!?
