40 xp 4,358 views

Special Equipment:

A black spiked mace that sends a massive dose of electicity into the victim.

Appearance:

Wears the red armour with small spikes protuding from the armour all over it and a black cloak and hood with on the cloak a red dragon tooth. He has for a weapon a black spiked mace and a great sword. The spiked mace at his side and the great sword strapped on his back.

He is a giants of a man, standing 6'7 and huge, well built he could rush through many things without stopping him. His skin is dark, his hair grey from age cut in a military crew cut strangely and clean shaven. He has high cheek bones, but lines are on the edges of his sharp green eyes from old age.

Background:

Kassil Khirsah is 57 years old, and feeling all the years of old age. Born in a small little village in the valley surrounded by moutians, the people thought they were safe, but it was not so. Kassil was a small stable boy cleaning the stable when all of a sudden everything grew dark and quiet. Kassil went outside to check it out and saw a great red dragon looming over the village maybe fifty feet, it roared and sent out flames into the village burning everything. Like everyone else, Kassil panicked and tried to hide, but it was no use. The dragon destoyed everything and killed almost everyone in the village, including his mother. Kassil left the village with his father and vowed revenge against the dragon.

Kassil came to the city of Elimirth where he grew up as his father a blacksmith and him helping around the furnace. As Kassil grew up, in the dead of night he forged his own armour and paid with the small amount of money he had to the swordsmith to forge him a sword and bought a longbow from the rangers of Anawaith. It took him months and months to finish and hone the armour. At the time his sword was done and he was ready to embark on his journey, leaving his father at age nineteen with his armour on and a grim look on his face.

Kassil came back to his birthplace. The ruins of the village were few and covered with weeds, overgrown by time. At night he made a great bonfire from the small forest that was next to the village and burned everything he could. Kassil waited what it seemed all night before the dragon came. Kassil yelled out and notched a very large wooden arrow to his huge longbow and aimed as the drogon swooped down towards him. He fired and the arrow caught the dragon in the eye but did not stop it. The dragon slammed into Kassil and Kassil grabbed hold of the scales as he hammered away at the dragon with his sword. Kassir found it no use and desperate stabbed it deep to the hilt in the eye of the dragon. The dragon groaned and fell to the earth with Kassil holding on for dear life. The dragon slammed and fell shaking the earth and Kassil rised breathing heavily he pulled his great sword out and winced, he had several broken ribs it seemed.

Kassil continued going around the lands and killing dragons, gaining money and scars as slayed more and more of them. The only person ever to kill thirty dragons in a lifetime, Kassil is now 57 and continues to kill dragons for money and has grown extremely wealthy, but some primitive instinct in him has awaken and people are reminded more and more of a dragon when he becomes angry.

Roleplaying Notes:

Can't do magic, but is very good with his weapons and a good shot with the bow.

Hall of Honour

for Kassil Khirsah

The Hall of Honour is your mark on a submission you believe is frick’n awesome — so good you would jump in front of a dragon’s breath to protect the scroll it is written on.

Bestowing HoH also highlights it on the front of the Citadel for about a day, so others see the recognition it earned.

You may bestow HoH on the same submission up to your level (with a short wait between strikes). Five distinct HoH voters raise a work to Golden.

Perhaps from the constant exposure to spilled dragon innards, getting all bathed in dragon blood and from ripping out their hearts and eating them raw, as well as from wearing a piece of dragonscale from time to time, he is becoming more like his prey. Also, due to the necessary empathy he must show for his prey, knowing how it thinks and feels, he might have become altered.

Or the story may be wholly different still. He may have some dragon blood flowing through his veins, and some ancestor of his might either be honing his potential, or using him to kill his opposition. Ever wondered where all those hints at the locations of dragon lairs came from?

    Errr...

    Interesting, to say the least.

What brought you to choose those names, if I might ask?

The classic career dragonslayer. A bit of a standard type - he needs a little more to make him be unique.
