Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#121Will provide details on what is found. Lots of cleaning supplies, some still usable. Also, florescent tubs and an assortment of light bulbs (incandescent, LED and a few compact florescent)

Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#122Sorry Val and others: I'm too swamped to continue any forum games :( Luc is going to have to step out for a bit. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#123I know I'm a bit of a random customer at the moment.
Just wondering whether or not this is set to continue? -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#124Was kind of waiting for SE to emerge, though if everyone else is game we can move on again :)
And if anyone else is watching, I am still accepting players :)

Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#125I'm sure that Gossamer mentioned something about SE being willing to continue. Don't quote me on that though. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#126So, should we resume? I'm ready when you folks are. -

I know you said don't quote me, but I've never said that. :P He might be though, no idea. But I'm ready to go. -

A quote of a quote quoting...
I thought you did. My bad. I know SE was mentioned in the course of that chat in relation to Thereafter though. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#129I'd be willing to pick up the ol' axe again if we get enough people ready to go. Which, if Kassy is back (for good?) , it sounds like we do by my personal standards.
Still, someone should go pester SE to get an answer from him whether he'll pick up his wrench again, and then pester him more to make sure the answer is 'yes.' -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#130Aye, we should all pester him. United we stand! -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#131Se said life is kicking him in the nads right now, so he's lurking for now. Guess he'll get all quiet and broody for now.
I'll get a loot list for the room hopefully tonight, and you folks can decide if you want to tackle the door or go back to base. Or something different. :)

Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#132"Loot"
5 10-gallon plastic containers, 2 filled with floor cleaner
Box of short, pink, funny smelling cylinders
4 large rolls of rough toilet paper
1 locked toolbox
6 Units of electronic parts
4 Units Scrap metal parts
3 Units mechanical components
1 large battery pack, specifications burned off but appears intact.
20 Fluorescent Tubes, 48”
300m roll speaker-type wire
Box cutter
Packing Tape Gun with 1/2 roll
20-30 assorted metal keys
Assorted brooms and mops, several large buckets.
Other items may be present among the general mess. Let me know if there is anything in particular you are looking for.
No 'Treasure' (guns, medicine) beyond above list.

Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#133Methinks maybe sifting through the assorted keys to figure out if any of them fit the locked toolbox. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#134Nudge? -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#135Ok, I guess this one stays on the shelf...
-
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#136I'm ready, but Carnegie isn't really a take charge kind of person. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#137Sorry val, I've been away for the last 2 weeks. Busy time. I'm afraid that I'm also quite reactionary, if I can come up with something I'll give it a go. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#138There has been interest in taking this one back off the shelf.
Let me know who's in?
We'll restart post looting and back at the town if we get going.
-
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#139Count me in.
I'll read through what we have so far to reacquaint myself with it. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#140I would love to say yes, but i can see myself easily getting swamped in the coming weeks with real life stuff, plus i have a small project of my own in the works, so rather than join back in and then let you all down, i think ill have to say no :(
someone is welcome to take over Luc if they like though, if they don't want to create a character from scratch. He's a good kid. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#141I'm still in, but some new blood wouldn't hurt. Carnegie isn't a leader and Luc was her main pillar. :S Might need to reshape her a bit, but that would still take a while. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#142As I said before (but again here just for the record) I'm tentatively interested, assuming things work out as desired.
Is there an ETA on when it will be picked up again? -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#143With 3 confirmed players, I will take this off the shelf. Expect new chapter to start sometime shortly after Silver's character emerges.
Goss and Kassy, you can level up at this point. Silv, you can take an additional background option in recompense.
I am assuming at this point you simply left with your pick of the described items and returned to 'town'.
-
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#144How about four confirmed players? I'm in the mood to start RPing again, and Marcus is too awesome to ignore. And Carnegie needs a fighter to hide behind.
[insert something witty/funny here] -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#145Says the 16 AC to the 20. :P But yes, by all means feel free to get eaten in my place. ;)
Updated Carnegie to level 2. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#146Sure, I'll try to have a character to you by the end of the weekend, with Kassy currently unavailable for the immediate future, I'm guessing this will postpone the imminent resurrection of the game? -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#147We can start slowly - intro your character while we wait.
-
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#148I'm back for now. Slowly recovering.
How do I go about updating my char? -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#149You're a fighter, so +1d10(+con bonus) HP.
2 more skill points (+int mod, if any)
1 more feat.
-
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#150Goss - you said you leveled your character? HP looks low.
-
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#151Updated Anya. val, please check her over for me when you get the chance. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#152
Goss - you said you leveled your character? HP looks low.
Well at second level as I understand it, you don't get the full dice worth's of HP, you roll for it. I did rather well with a 7 in either case, at first level I had 14 HP. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#153*snort* I was looking at your freakin' dog ::P
-
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#154Heh. :P Oh yeah, does he level up? -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#155Not unless you were a Druid(not allowed) or a Ranger. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#156Well as it happens, I AM a ranger. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#157And, 4th level. Then it acts like the druid abilit at -3 levels. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#158Ok. I'll take the toolbox and the batteries, if I may. -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#159Marcus shall claim the only things a rampaging barbarian could possibly want out of this world: the brooms, the mops, the iron door (the one he spent hacking out of the wall), and the shovel (which I asked Val about). So that'd be 2 brooms, 2 mops, or were the school janitors better stocked? -
Re: Therafter Out of Game Discussion
#160So, what/who are we waiting on now?
