    Goldbrand is a katana you can get by doing a quest for the Daedra Boethiah.
    You have to have Goldbrand to get Eltonbrand.

    I don't even know where to get Goldbrand! Argh! Byt I really like shortswords! although recently I've been using my Mace alot.
