The Call of Captain-thulhu
#561*Dances* come on! Dance! You know you want to! *keeps on dancing* -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#562Today, I watched the Animatrix. It was sad, gory, and cool at the same time. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#563I only got to see bits and peices of it but it seemed like it would be something worth sitting down and watching!! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#564Well, since you, quote, "don't like anime", you probably wouldn't enjoy it. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#565the animatrix is one of the few anime I like. I watched it yesterday. I actually want to get it when it comes out on dvd. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#566I dont have time to watch these programs you see. I am hard at work
(okay maybe not hard) and doing other things to be bothered to watch too much tv. It is sad really, I get on here but I write stuff, stories. One of which my best friend just highly praised. (She normally hates my stuff, so it must be good) :D Then I go to my bedroom and read untill I get tired. And go to sleep. The only time I really watch tv is when I get bored with the computer. :? that is not often. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#567animatrix is online! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#568It already is on DVD, sniperspy.
My favorite one(s) is(are) "The Second Renaissance"(Parts 1 and 2). A close second is that one with the samurai and the rooftop jumping (I forgot it's name.). I didn't like "A Detective Story". The one thing I dislike about them is that in almost all of the stories, everyone dies! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#569its out? wow, i gotta get it! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#570When you do, watch the Second Renaissance, Parts 1 and 2 first. They're the coolest ones. They go deeper into the whole A.I. thing and how the war against the machines and the Matrix started. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#571ive seen those on the web -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#572Weren't they awesome?!
Although I had nightmares afterward. Remember when they were smashing up that cyborg lady?: "I'm real! I'm real! No! Stop! Stop! I'm...real....I'm............reeeeeeeeeeeeeeal........"
And of course, when the machine was ripping that guy out of the mech: "AAH! NO! HELP ME! HELP ME! HELP MEEEEEE! AAAAH! AAAAAAAAAGH! AAAH! HELP ME! HELP ME!" -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#573nightmares? -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#574Yeah! It's horrific! When B66421 squeezes the guy's head until it explodes? And when they're smashing the cyborg-woman? And smashing the machines under tank treads? And gunning them down? And then it goes into the battle scene and there's blood everywhere and the humans in mech-suits are getting slaughtered and that guy gets his torso pulled out of his mech without his arms or legs!
But it's still cool.
"Surrender your flesh. Become one with us. Surrender your flesh." -

#575Yeah! It's horrific! When B66421 squeezes the guy's head until it explodes? And when they're smashing the cyborg-woman? And smashing the machines under tank treads? And gunning them down? "Surrender your flesh. Flesh is only a vessel. Surrender your flesh." -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#576YAY machines have risen! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#577Yep. And it's all Mankind's fault because we treated them badly. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#578yep, thats humanity for you, cant even respect our own creations! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#579Hm, I must be amune to nightmares. The only 'nightmare' I have had in the last year wasn't a nightmare, but I something happend that freaked me out. Made me really sad. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#580I cant remember ever having a nightmare, usually a horror dream will make me laugh so hard I wake up casuse its just as corny as the horror movie that caused it! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#581The only nightmare I have really had was once when I was a kid and I swear that I was wide awake.
I woke up(Awake from sleeping the previous nite) and looked out my window from my bed and Raggedy Anne and Andy were outside looking in at me. :o I was wide awake I swear. I ran out to my dad and he has told me ever since (I still bring this up: Nobody believes I was awake) that I was dreaming I was NOT :x -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#582you were probably half asleep! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#583I use to have a reaccuring dream that I was in a dark dank room, but through the window was a refreshing spring afternoon. The birds chirping together made me advance to the window and peer through; immediately, I was attacked by a demon that would grab my head and fiercely jerk my head around, snapping my neck in two. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#584thats just wierd! I usually don't dream at all, or can't remember them, but lately, like over the past week, I have been every day! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#585a lot of my dreams I write down and convert into short stories....kinda the way Edgar Allen Poe did...as a matter of fact, some of my dreams were relayed in these forums -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#586I once had a dream where I was in a room full of empty birdcages and it was really dark and foggy, and then Larry Flint appeared and told me that my fly was open and then I would wake up. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#587Hah! Having Larry Flint peering down at my zipper would definitely startle me awake.
I must say, though, the visuals have the beginnings of a good poem. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#588My dreams are all very strange. One time, I met this girl i had never seen before in a dream. A week later I met this girl in real life at my school! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#589That is neat. I wish my dreams would be true. I have had a few good ones lately too. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#590thats the only real life theme that has tied in with my dreams. Most of them are flying ones!!! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#591I always have one where I fall. It is a reaccuring dream but I never remember my dream. I figure that we levitate in our sleep and if something startles you you fall onto your bed. Or you actually do what you are dreaming but it only seems like a dream. Like you are on a drug or something. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#592I flew to florida once, in a dream. I met the girl who was sitting on her bedroom window looking at the stars. And I think waking-up while falling in a dream is cool, because the feeling is a total rush. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#593No kidding :D -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#594ya, its like a roller coaster fall you don't expect!!!! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#595Yeppers (I just have to say that) -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#596It usually takes about five minutes to fall back asleep after that exilerating experience.
(I'm falling and I can't wake-up) -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#597I can go back to sleep quite quickly, actually. It is just hard the first time to get to sleep. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#598I don't often wake up during the night. It's usually my dogs. -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#599I can fall right back asleep at night, and sleep through almost anything then too, but once the sun comes up, I cannot sleep anymore! -
The Call of Captain-thulhu
#600After six o'clock I am up and ready and after a pot of coffee I am happy and able to comunicate.
