#1282Well, I figured out why I have been getting my ass kicked the last month+.
I was finally diagnosed with the middle school kissing disease......mono.
I guess most people got it (like the chicken pox) and develop an immunity to it as an adult. Apparently I hadn't so got it with a vengeance. By the time I am home, I have a quick dinner and pass out for 10+ hours every night. Weekends I take a 4 hour nap in the middle of the day and sleep in and go to bed early.
By the time I have any real time on the computer I am so wiped out I get nothing accomplished besides scrolling through facebook for as long as my attention can be maintained.
So development has effectively stalled since I went out of town---wait, don't tell my wife---I was with a lot of kids during the retirement celebration I went to in Texas. Just put those things together...but I think it ws before that. I ramble because I just woke up and want to go to bed again.
Sorry for my absence. Might last a little bit longer. :( -

#1284Down for past three days with sore throat and flu. Slept almost nonstop. Awake enough to put power unit in computer. Got it working but linux went down with a hard drive addition I did at the same time. Two days later I finally have linux repaired.
Only now finished Ray Donovan and plan on spending the rest of the weekend in bed. Will catch up on Black Water and try some other shows I haven't watched yet. Problem is I generally fall asleep before I am able to finish any of them.
Anyway, still stalled on my death bed. ;) -

We got a live one!! "Skull." He's commenting and voting and all that jazz, and even put a few subs out. But he needs more love folks. He needs that Strolenati glue to bind him to this place for all eternity.

Actually with Strolens 3 paragraphs of additional juicy info (sick deluded brainstorming), this may just be done. Screw those pesky PCs. The whore-spider, like the honey badger, don't care.
LORE: somewhere out there, legends whisper, is the great "Pimp-Spider". Don't get me started on it.

How is any of that offensive? Only thing I can think of is...
1. The person is disturbed that I'm talking to myself and thus worried about my sanity and state of mind
2. Either the word "screw" or "pimp" or honey badger(??) insults this person greatly. -

Yes, i'm a professional lurker at the moment, but it's giving me itchy teeth. I've been halfway considering stirring up a new Asydia game in the Moderated Freeform. Slow paced, mostly open-world. Dunno yet.
Anyway. Back to my shadows.

Because from this moment on, the Dwarven Guild declares the Occultist Guild as arch enemy. The sappers and miners have already been deployed. -

#1299In the 2 seconds I allowed myself to think of a way to initiate a war, my only thought would be to add Dwarven themed submissions or idea additions to whatever core idea they have. Staying in the spirit of their idea, but just put a dwarven twist on it. I almost feel like there should be core submission to tie it together (and link to) so you don't have to explain the deviation #DwarfOccultWar but a submission link.
Just thinking out loud.
I got sick again this week. Slept almost every night I got home. Left work a little early Friday and just woke up this Sunday morning a little refreshed. This autumn/winter sickness is kicking my ass!! -
