Scruddle 'Mac' MacNare
Mac, as he insists on being called, is a goblin. Not your average goblin, that's for sure. His skin is an odd color; it is close to the blue-grey of his heritage, though less dirty with a slight pinkish tinge coming through, as if he had just scrubbed himself ferociously. His black hair is slicked back into a short pony-tail. His small fangs are quite white, and even his large yellowing eyes seem to sparkle in a friendly manner.
Mac wears modest clothing, ususally with a subtle glamour-weave to help increase his charm, and likes to admire himself in reflective surfaces. He isn't just showy though, he backs it up with connections all through-out the City of Towers underworld and even into some of the Noble Houses.
First and foremost though, Mac is a business man. He is always making deals and everone owes him a favor or two. Usually he doesn't get his hands dirty, literally and figuratively, but sometimes it comes down to him to get a job done. Which is why he carries his trusty Tattoo Dagger by the name of 'Solution' concealed on his upper left arm.
In secret he likes to refer to himself as 'Immaculate Mac,' something he isn't quite, but it should be noted that his scent does not offend the nose. Frankly, he smells like normal soap. Not a bad smell, but certainly not normal for a goblin.
Equipment
Tattoo Dagger - 'Solution' - A long knife that can merge into his skin and assume the appearance of thin dagger tattoo. He doesn't often display the fact that he has a dagger tattoo, but it can be noted if he is seen cleaning himself up. It can not be withdrawn as fast as a normal weapon. but it there as a security measure. Magic will detect the tattoo, but not its purpose.
Cologne Kit - A small pack of various fragrences known to be soothing to different humanoids. It is hard to consiously detect the scents over Mac's soapy scent, but the effect ususally puts the opposition at ease.
Soap - Yes, he carries a bar of soap for quick underarm and face washes.
Glamour-weave vest - A stylish vest with a minor enchantment woven into it to make Mac appear more dashing.
In your game
Mac is a cunning business man, and agreeable guy. He may be used as an underworld contact, quest giver, or a number of other things, and can provide numerous services in exchange for small favors or fees. If you're new to The City, you should probably find Mac. Or he will find you. He is slowly working his way up the chain of command and can always use an influential hand. His motivations are money and power, offer him these and he will provide for you. Cheat him at your own peril.

Hey! Great character for settings like Eberron where the big cities host most humanoid races. Useful as an underground connection for investigations, smuggling and whatnot. A neat, useable piece of work.
Pretty decent: A little about his motivations, and I think he could be a fairly solid minor NPC. I like the dagger, though, it seems like it would fit him.

I like this goblin.
Solid stuff this character has just enough charm and depth to be interesting without being distracting or confusing. I like cleanliness and vanity as the hooks for a goblin crimminal.
This is a neat character - right now he's just a bit player, but with some more motivations..
