Staff trust for the Citadel — not a public roll of names.
What Keepers are
Keepers are citizens entrusted with hall tools: watching Workshop boards, helping guild councils when needed, and tending gates most Citizens never see. There is no public roster — Keepers are recognised by what they can open, not by a directory on the wall.
What they unlock
- Private Workshop boards in the Legacy Forums
- Council help on guild pledges (accept / decline alongside Officers)
- Version seals and compare peeks when a piece needs tending
- Activation queue — approving Citizens when email confirmation is required
Activation (when the gate is locked)
Join and recover already work. Outbound email (Resend) is still deferred until pre-release. When activation is turned on, new accounts wait until a letter is confirmed — or a Keeper opens the gate from the approval queue.
Strolenati
Strolenati remains the wider circle of Citizens who write and gather here. Use it sparingly; day-to-day staff language is Keepers only.
