When did website management get moved down to the Misc Chat area?

Is that something we want every tom. jess. and harriet able to get into?

I could see the bug/suggestion box threads down there, but not this one.

Could someone illuminate me on the whys of this change?

I forgot you could see that. I didn't want to delete it but it isn't being used anymore since everything in there sort of fell through and it is me going solo on everything.

I put it there to get it out of the way since there shouldn't be much reason for anybody to use it except me.
