   Somewhere starting from 4:30 pm or earlier and till almost 10 p.m. at GMT+10 or Melbourne time which is roughly 16 hrs ahead of chatbox time, I was unable to submit a normal sub, get an error basically saying the site crashing or sth. I tried submitting twice, once around 5p.m. my time and 2nd time just recently before I made this bug report. Using IE 11 to go with Windows 10.

   Sorry, semi false alarm, it was inability to save sub as public draft, not normal sub but still annoying cos I lost all the contents I had typed up (lesson, shouldn't have typed straight into editor which I didn't have a habit of going but I was at work and basically just brainstorming a list on-the-fly but not hard to reconstruct really)

   So you got rejected when you attempted a public draft?
   
   That is annoying. Not sure how code degrades when you don't touch it but sometimes this Citadel surprises me.

   Yeah, it was something like a timed out session thing and I lost all the contents but fortunately it was only a 30 list at that point with expansions pending.

   oh, apparently the 2nd attempt got through even though I got an error that made me think I lost everything but apparently it's just sitting there on my profile page which I forgot to check since the error completely threw me so all good :)
