Can't paragraph, might be dumb

1. Can't paragraph, might be dumb

   #1

So recently, I have run into a problem in the text editor for submissions. I can type everything fine, but when I finish a paragraph and hit enter, the cursor jumps to the beginning of the paragraph and puts the line break there. The only way I can make more paragraphs is to go into the HTML editor, write a bunch of words making new starts for paragraphs and line breaks, and then turn the HTML editor off.

Is this a site issue, or user issue?

What browser are you using? With Chrome I had no issues.

I haven't touched the site's code for months so not sure what is going on. Not sure I fully understand the issue either. :(

I am hoping it is a glitch that fixes itself with automatic browser upgrades. Seems like a really odd one.
