#1Greetings to the Citadel!
I'm Mirafin. By day I'm a woman in my early 30's from Ohio who manages a small resaurant. Once a month (or so, depending on when we can get together) I become the GM in a world called Tirmana.
I'm a new (only 2 sessions so far), and still slightly terrified GM, running the Fantasy AGE system. I've played a little before (one session of Vampire: The Masquerade and more of GURPS), but that was all almost 10 years ago. I had the desire to play again, but since I could find friends who wanted to play, but no one who wanted to GM, I decided to just do it myself. I'm having a lot of fun being a GM, but I'm still hoping for the day when I'll be able to play the character I came up with.
I’ve also played some MMORPG's, done some roleplaying on message boards, and a little short story writing.
So far my game and world are fairly standard fantasy world stuff while everyone is still figuring out what the heck we're doing. I have seven players and it's an interesting mix of experience levels. Some have never played before, some used to play a lot but haven't in many years, and some have started recently in another group and system but are still fairly new to the whole thing.
I found the Citadel while searching for ideas to use in the game, and liked it so much I decided to stay. :) -

Also happy to hear you are jumping back into the gaming saddle...as a GM no less. You know what they say; necessity is the mother of a RP game GM. Looks like that age old saying is still true!
