    cd /volume1/@appstore/sickbeard-custom/var/SickBeard/sickbeard

    then type the following commands

    /volume1/@appstore/git/bin/git fetch origin
    /volume1/@appstore/git/bin/git checkout master
    /volume1/@appstore/git/bin/git reset --hard origin/master
    /volume1/@appstore/git/bin/git pull

    EXIT putty

    Start Sickrage (Paket-Manager)
    thats all ... :-)
