500 Word Location Challenge

1. 500 Word Location Challenge

Thing's have gotten quiet around here, too quiet.

It's time for a quest from the Master.

The deal is simple, you've got 500 words to work with, maximum. The submission has to be a location. Forest, mountain, desert, space station, etc, it doesn't matter.

   But there's a catch.

   Winter is Coming

Your 500 Word Location submissions must all have Winter as a major element/theme.

Freetext: 500 Word Challenge or 500Winterwonderland

Could you create the freetext? I'm not high enough level yet to make it myself.
   I like the challenge.
