   I'm in the process of creating a half-dragon race for D&D 3.5 but I want it to be LA+0. If anyone has any advice it I would be forever grateful.

   Level Adjustment I believe - basically these guys would be no more powerful than the stock races.

   a way to LO and keep flavor is to take a lesson from D&D 4th and go with a couple of moderatly powerful daily use abilities For example
   
   Breath Weopon 1/ daily LD6 45degree cone
   Inspire AWE Free action intimadate 1/ daily
   Fly/jump/ feather fall 1 plus 1/3rd L per day times
