   This is a new thread that I decided to create cos I'm an incurable organisation freak so this is where I will be putting up news about new documentations docs and folder changes.
   
   First, a quick recap of folder organisation:
   - Anything not in a folder is game for intensive editing.
   - the poem folder added by Aramax that holds all of his poems, they are ready for the same treatment as docs not in a folder.
   - the brainstorm folder is for work requesting collective brainstorming (or in my case, a place to hold all of the random ideas floating in my head as well as brainstorming for my next story for the epub). It also contains an abandonedprojects sub-folder in which sit stories that may or may not be resurrected by the author.
   - behind the scenes is originally for anything more than a mere brainstorm and less than a draft for intensive editing and now functions as a folder for private work like private subs on the Citadel
   - Writer Resources folder that holds all the insights on writing gathered through self-help books that I've read and my personal experience of using some of the techniques suggested therein
   
   Today I created another new documentation called tracking that summarises by each author all the work associated with them and roughly how far each work is along in terms of publication readiness. I'm expecting that it will come in handy for Val and any others who are just starting to jump into commenting.

   Updated the tracker document. Added new section on actual reading/commenting priorities which are based on my own personal observations of how far along each work is to being publication ready. As a consequence of recent upheaval, we now have 0 publication-ready stories but on the up-side, we are much closer to the now stated goal of having at least 5 stories for the 1st issue of the Strolenati pulp fiction epub.

   Created a collaboration sub-folder within the brainstorming folder, a place where we could post idea snippets, outlines etc., anything that goes towards talking up and making a collaboration happen b/w members. of the epub group. Added my own idea snippet for the shapeshifter issue but not sure whether we will go through with it or not.

   Cleaned out some documents lying on the front page by creating new folder for unfinished work. Moved Axle's story 2 and my Old Beginning story there.
   
   Dragged the abandoned work folder into Behind the Scenes folder instead of Brainstorming folder.

   Somehow, we are still not all on the same page with folder organisations. I just updated the readme document and renamed it "readme, Everyone!" Hopefully, that will be more attention grabbing.

   New Admin/Contracts folder added so that everything on front page now are either stories or sticky readme docs.
