   Some of the new regions made says 0 subs despite the fact that the creator already populate the region

   Sure. Your own The Workshop region, for example, says 0 submissions on the Region page but if I click into it, then I can see you've already pulled a whole bunch of incomplete and Collaboration Requested subs in there. Same with Sil's Delta Factor region, your World Building region and the other Moon's Refuge Beneath the Waves region. Ergh... ended up listing all the culprits but well, guess I'm in one of my long-winded mood  :lol:

   Only tangentially related, but is there a reason why I can add things to the Cosmic Era region?  I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be able to do that.

   No, you can. Locking a region is a choice.

   And the CE is the only unlocked one?  Cause that's the only one that shows up on the side of submissions for me, which might be a different problem...

   You should see the one you visited last in the 'add to' section.

    Once you visit a region it kinda locks you into it as you browse. You have to manually leave the region by clicking the link that says stop browsing that region. Once you are out of that region the add to options will no longer show up.
