PM bug?

   I've been trying to send the same PM twice today. I did not specifically look out for it the first time but in the second time, I definitely saw that "Your message has been sent successfully message" and yet instead of the message appearing in my sent folder, it winds up in the outbox folder. The PM I was trying to send was to Strolen requesting him to do a series of sub title changes for me in case other admins are looking into this issue.

   Apparently, the 'bug' seems to have fixed itself after I removed a link in my signature as the other Moon suggested from knowledge of a prior case.

   This happened to me the other day. I *think* that the pm stays in your outbox until it has been "viewed/clicked on" by the recipient. Not sure it has anything to do with links in sig.

   My (sidelines) observation was that val removed a link from your sig and that's what fixed your issue.

   Well, I don't really know either but once I removed the link to my Dragon Empire freetext in my sig and voila, problem resolved! According to Strolen, it's a forum bug that only the developers can fix.

   Hmm, not sure now. But I still have a few pms in the outbox, and after analyzing them, it seems that if the pm wasn't read, it doesn't jump into send box? Dunno. For example, there's a pm in my outbox to a person who hasn't logged in since I sent it a month back :) So that makes sense suddenly. Another one in the outbox (for 3 years now) is one I accidentally sent to some one named Silverbell, instead of Silveressa :P
