Chaosmark's random generator page inaccessible

1. Chaosmark's random generator page inaccessible

I think it has been inaccessible since some time since end of the last year. I was too busy with other stuff to report it. Doesn't really affect main Citadel since only link to it is through one of Val's utility sub regarding ran. gens.

I think that if the server reboots then we lose the generator page. CM usually restarts it and I can't find any emails that explain to me how to do it. I will keep looking. Might have it written somewhere.
