New topics error

   When trying to make a new topic in the forums I am regularly running into the following error:
   
   Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

   This has been fixed, as of 2330 CST last night. New topics should be posting without a problem at this point.
