Kate Hammerhill and free copies of the Starpoint Gemini 1 & 2 video games.

1. Kate Hammerhill and free copies of the Starpoint Gemini 1 & 2 video games.

For those who haven't heard of it, Star Point Gemini 2 is a space combat/exploration game somewhat reminiscent of X3 http://store.steampowered.com/app/236150/

Long story short the devs of the game have a contest http://www.starpointgemini.com/forum/contests/hero/votingPage/index.php?page=1 going for people to submit their character concept.

I submitted a variation on Kate Hammerhill from the Hard Way and All you Need is Kill rp's going here (she's on page 2 of the contest with 12 votes currently.)

(Note before you can vote you need to register on their forums, http://www.starpointgemini.com/forum/index.php  which only takes a few moments and is completely free)

Oh and you can vote once every 24 hours so every day to increase the chances.

If she makes it into the top 5 and wins I get a free cd key for the game on Steam. Since I already own both games and have no need for second copies I'm happy to let whoever helps vote for her do a /d100 roll against whoever else helps vote and pass along the cd key/games to the winners.

So feel free to vote early and often and make Kate Hammerhill a legend among the stars!

A reminder to vote again for today, the contest ends on the 23rd so the more people you can get to vote the better her chances.  8)

I kept forgetting to do this, but that's one vote from me now at least. She's currently in spot number 4, just two votes short of 3.

Once they finish distributing the prizes I'll let you know and we can do the /rolls to divvy them up.

Thanks again to everyone who voted.  :D

Just a quick update that I now have the prizes to distribute.

Since I know not everyone who voted for Kate cares about the video game prizes, those that are post back here so I can figure out who need to do random rolls for the chance to win the games.

    Here's the prizes:

1 copy of Star Point Gemini 1 & 2 as a package STEAM key

1 copy of Star Point Gemini 1 I can give to someone via the steam "gift" option.

(So to be fair I I plan to do it as whoever wins the random roll gets first dibs on which game they want, and second place gets the other game.)  8)

For fairness sake I figure it'll be best of those interested roll in full chat /d100 highest roll wins, ideally in front of myself, or a neutral third party witness if I'm not around and then post the result back here.

Just a FYI I'll be in Strolens chat tonight around 7pmish if those who voted and want the games want to join me and do a /roll d100.

If you want make it then feel free to do the roll in front of whoever else is in there if they're willing to bear witness to it's validity.

Okay to keep this simple if those who care about the prize (Dozus and Muro are the only 2 as far as I know?) haven;t managed to do their random rolls by this Friday (the 18th) I'm going to do it for them and keep this from dragging out for weeks.  8)

Okie Muro told me in a pm he forfeited his choice, so Dozus, let me know if you want Star Point Gemini #1 &#2, or just #1. (And an email to send the steam cd key to)
