    We discussed the merits, we are intrigued and we want to see and understand it more.

    So lets see what we can do.

    The goal: Put together our first ebook! We can use any of the content on the Citadel under the default share alike license as it will be a free to all. This will be a trial run to review, think on and ponder our way to future projects. Once we have something tangible, the rest may be easier to understand.

    So, I am thinking we can continue with our horror theme that we wanted to do. With Halloween coming up I think it would fit perfect.

    Maybe we can finish it finally!?

    Looking at choosing about 20 submissions that we love and then we will see if we can put them together in a cohesive book.

    I started compiling and formatting them into " Strolen's Citadel Book of Terror" with the source document being " StrolensCitadelBookofTerror_Full Raw" which is full of stuff.

    But there might be more subs out there that are just as good.

    If you don't feel like wading through all that text, then just shoot some links to your favorite horror submissions and I will put them together.

    Then we can toss them Johnn's way and see what he puts together for us!

    Let's see what we can do!

    Should have a horror quest then. That's always a good incentive, for me at least.

    We wouldn't have enough time to run a quest and compile.

    This is sort of a test to see how we build the ebook and what we will need for it. So when we do the first official ebook quest, we will have better focus on what is required. So we are looking for old subs that we love to and see if we can put them together. Once we have the book, we will display it to the Strolenati and see what we think of it and/or what we need to do in the quest to improve on what we come up with.

    But quests will come. Oh, yes...they will come! :)

    Does anybody see any trends we can latch on for this? A more specific theme to focus the submissions perhaps?

    I've been thinking about that, how to tie it all together schematically/theme-wise.

    So theme, Halloween? (timely?)

    And with 20 submissions, how about something as simple as...

    Strolen's Halloween Ebook of  Horror & Terror?
    Trials of Terror? (get it? Its a trial run)
    The Terrifying Terror of Strolens Citadel?

    1. 5 terrifying places
    2. 5 horror-inducing plots
    3. 5 horrific creatures
    4. 5 horrifying items

    Needs better adjectives :) but you get the idea. Too simple?

    The paths of the Dead is too specific, and too A chapter in Lord of the Rings.

    Paths of Horror does not, amazingly, have a specific google hit.

    For Art/Style, I would suggest Creepshow/Rob zombie style :)

    The Paths of horror idea could be more specific, with while not interlinking everything, 'paths' of perhaps 4-5 articles with some commonality.

    Only concern is that Paths of Horror might be too close to Pathfinder for comfort.
    Trails of Horror appears in google, but seems to be specific to Halloween activities.
