Sticky/highlighted Subs

1. Sticky/highlighted Subs

   Author stickied Subs

I would like the option to sticky submissions to the front page or otherwise highlight single subs for attention, maybe offer bonus xp for votes and comments.

Limited to mid or higher level members only, 24 duration,  no more than 1-3 at a time (page total) and no more than one per member.

   Thoughts? Ideas?

Sounds like a good idea - A little more obvious than a self-bump.
