   I'm not sure that SXGKristi  is a spammer - the account has not posted - but it sure smells like one.
   
   The website field is filled in with a non-game related URL. 
   
   Thoughts? Just watch and wait?

   A BBC subpage that apparently wasn't updated since 2010? Odd.
   
   The easiest thing to do may be to send an innocent message and let him/her react. If no reaction occurs within a reasonable timeframe (a few days), you may wield your despotic admin powers and delete the website from his profile. That way, even if it's completely innocent, any damage can be easily undone. If the user never posts or reacts, there is no harm. If he does, things can be clarified.
