   Hey, yesterday I put together a couple of ideas as in-work subs, and reached the level 5 threshold. However, today when I looked I am level 5, but it seems that my in-work subs no longer count as such, and I am at "-2 of 5" for the next level according to the counter. It makes some sense - I have 9 published subs, which is exactly -2 for the requirement for level 5 (11). My 5 in-work pieces don't count. Now, if I made 5+2=7 more in-works to reach level 6 without publishing anything officially, the next day I'd be at "-7 out of 5" (total of 12) for level 7. I also suspect this recalculation happens every day, as I have noticed some strange behaviour from the sub counter through the last week.
   
   Unless it is intended (only published subs get counted), which I'd totally agree to, but then in-works need to not be counted at all to begin with.

   I don't think that's intentional, I reported sth of a similar nature like 2 years ago though at that time, it wasn't in work subs that was the problem but collab subs. All of a sudden I got promoted from level 7 to 9 and then Strolen fixed it and I was back to level 7 and so I didn't pop up on the promotion list again when I come back and recently got my rightful promotion to level 9.
   
   But yeah, my current understanding is not in-work subs don't count (although stubs and Collaboration Requested subs do).

   Okay, speaking of the devil, my sub count miraculously went up by 2 since I last noticed 2 days ago. The other things I had done was to add 1 in-private sub and turn 1 normal sub into a Wiki. Also, the no. of collab subs are overcounting again (and yes, feature creep again, with the Wikis but also sth not purged from the last go, with similar effect to the double counting problem of non-Wiki collab. subs where you are first author from the last go, this time the problem is with wikis where you are first author ). On my profile, it listed I have 6 collab subs which is correct. However, 3 are Wikis started by me and therefore already incl. under the count for the relevant categories. 1 of the 6 is a private collab. sub.
   
   Strolen, can you add some NOT IN clauses in the count of collab subs i.e. have it not count any of the subs already included in the count of each of the sub category counts?

   These collabs are kicking my ass. Totally rewrote the backend how to track wikis to make it easier on myself.
   
   Lets start all over with this issue and see what happens. I made a ton of changes so any new errors like this will be totally new errors that will have nothing to do with past issues. Report them like they never happened before because the code and database are completely different now.
