   So after nearly 2 days of no sleep, and stress and worry, the next generation has arrived!
   
   This morning at 10:45am NSW time, my wife gave birth to my baby daughter, Eevee.
   
   I do not envy what she had to go through to do this!
   Cigars all 'round!

   Congratulations!  Kids are simply amazing -- definitely an experience that everyone should have during their lives.  I love the name you chose for her, too.  :)  Try to get some rest.  You've got a couple long weeks ahead of you.

   Awesome. Years of no sleep followed by years of aggravation followed by years of conflict, hurrah for parenthood. Worth every moment!
   
   But pretty embarrassing that you spelled her first name backwards.

   Wonder how old she'll be before she realizes she shares a name with a Pokemon?  (Which is freaking awesome, btw).

   Btw, you might want to consider removing her last name from the thread.  What's on the net stays on the net, and all that, but it still may be early enough to take that part down.
