Since i've recently started doing freelanec art again, I thought i'd make a post

Re: Character commission art available
#2Normally a first forum post as advertising we would strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and spam my Citadel.
However, the art is awesome and the prices are outstanding and you have already proved your worth in the main Citadel.
Because of that, I will offer this quest challenge. Show your continued worth to the Citadel with a new submission in the next 10 days and I may just commission you for some Citadel art to spruce this place up.
If the winds of change are upon us, it may even turn into a recurring event that I could hire you to make a sketch for golden submissions and quest winners....the ideas spring from me like molten magma from a exploding volcano.
What say ye? Do you accept the challenge and open the doors to collaboration?

#3*The quivering, cloak-covered lump of flesh that was once (blissfully oblivious) Manicsheepie slowly emerges, having been partially petrified upon realizing that she was almost turned into an pile of deliciously flavoured sooty ash. Sadly, she has lost all her fleece and is now hairless sheepie :::
Now REBORN as

#4Your stuff is incredible!

Re: Character commission art available
#5Wow, your artwork is great!
Do you do cityscapes at all? Would they be in the same pay structure as your portrait sketches?
I have been thinking of getting someone to sketch up a desert city with lots of glass structures for a sub I am working on. -
Re: Character commission art available
#6Wow! People like the art! ^^
Currently, I am working on the great and glorious quest bestowed by the hand of none other than Overseer
and potentially benevolent but still quivery-smite-fear-invoking Strolen before I can accept anything from anyone,
i must humbly complete this challenge. For its in the laws of right and justness.
(AH! Yes!! I can do cityscapes! They would be 5$ more than the detailed character sketches, as it would be an entire
detailed sketch from head to tiny toe of canvas covering!) -
Re: Character commission art available
#7As thus far - for Strolen.com

Re: Character commission art available
#8HA! That is awesome. The freezing fear of impending doom, the dropped weapon, the almost inevitable demise of our hero. PERFECT.
As fans of Cthulhu, I think tentacles would be very appropriate. :) Tentacles or llamas always make everything better.
Loving it! -
Re: Character commission art available
#9Tundra. The lord of time is knocking on your door. But he does give extensions at the request of Mathom who is a friend of us all.
I was excited to see your drawing progress and I am quite serious about hiring you to spruce this place up. However, I cannot back down from my challenge. It would be unllama of me. :) -

Re: Character commission art available
#11As some of you might have heard from Strolen-Master, I have been somewhat out of commission (ahaha. pun!) -- no no.
Rather, I had suffered an unfortunate earth-bound encounter :what:, introduced to me via overeager doberman
full-speed stealthy caught unaware and knocked into wheelbarrow fill with dog-poo and cement-paving pounce. This being while
i'm still recovering from a very serious head injury *grade three* introduced to me via overeager
horse jumping at nothing in particular and dismounting me joyful pounce.
Needless to say, i was put a tad bit out of action for a teeny while!
But, today I managed to finish my submission! http://strolen.com/viewing/7402
TENTACLES - and i'm well on the way to being recovered enough for another head blow.
This time, probably by a stray flying brick.

#12Welcome back, Tundra - and nurse that head of yours! :p -
Re: Character commission art available
#13Beware of falling marsupials. It seems you are on a mammal kick and I have fear for what the next encounter may bring.
Continue to take care and wear that helmet no matter how much your friends make fun of you!
Welcome back.
TENTACLES!!! :)
