   Subject says most of it.
   
   Used all of 20 votes.
   Tried to upvote a comment. It said 'Failed' instead of the normal XP total.
   
   Now the number of votes I have shows -1.

   Oh, and I upvoted the sub _before_ I refreshed the screen after having used my last vote. I now no longer have the button to upvote a comment, so I seem to have found a gap in the validation.

   That makes sense. The ajax doesn't remove the ability when you use your final vote. Not sure if my ajax/javascript-fu is that powerful right now but it goes on my list.
   
   Very interesting catch and I can see that happening often enough to be an issue and will need to be fixed.
