   I assume this is a side-effect of the recent region revamp. Every submission has, at the bottom of the left-hand buttons, a blue button that says "Add To Coldforged Region". I haven't clicked the button, but the link looks like it's not a generic "Add to a Region" button, but does exactly what it says and adds it to AG's Coldforged region. Which is great, but I don't think every sub belongs there. :P

   Basically the last region you visit becomes your default region to add things to.
   
   And this is visible on any link you visit, until you go to a different region.

   Ah, I hadn't tried clicking on another region. This makes more sense.
   
   Though to be a stick-in-the-mud, would it be easier UI-wise to just have a "Add to region" button that lets you then choose the region?

   Depends on what you are doing. Personally I like this approach since I can go through a pile of Sci-fi subs, for instance, and single-click add them to that region.

   Not sure it is supposed to be seen by all whenever they are in the region. Admins, probably yes. Author, of course. Other users, if it is showing, I hope it doesn't work.
   
   The intention, in my bite-sized brain, was that whatever region you were browsing, that would be the one you were working on currently so that is the one that you would want to use.
   
   However, I can also see the value of having multiple selections. So if I had a couple things going and I stumbled upon a sub that I wanted to add to my Region, I could put it in whichever I prefered.
   
   Once we really start using it we can decide what is the best way to go about it. I have no real issue with having both options there.
