   This is pushing out the updates history on the main page. Apparently axlerowes is a perfectionist :)

   I agree with this, though I would propose that it only show the most recent edit. That way we still know that it's been edited, but it also doesn't flood the updates list.

   I think not reporting on changes without an update comment would best - I think it used to work that way, or I would have been spamming the hell out of that list too...

   I think we, as admins, have certain powers to correct without it being shouted into the sky. This idea is brilliant and a great way to fix that issue!

   Cross your fingers. I updated it to do just that. Let me know if you see something wonky with it.
   
   It will only update that update tracking if there is a comment submitted with the update.

    That or he's going through formatting hell, much like my experience with Corran's Scribe (which is still not formatted to my liking).

    Okay, so upvoting a pile of scrolls can still flood the updates. Not sure there anything to be done about that I guess.

    Perhaps a "recently upvoted" box on the Author page, and then consolidate (or remove entirely) the upvotes by an author on the recent activity list?

    It seems to work, but now it doesn't make an announcement when someone enters a new submission.  Not a big deal, but it bugs me.

    Eek. that sucks and was not the intention. Will put that on the short list to fix!
