   Twice in recent days enthusiastic members have been reading and voting on submissions and have stopped because they have run out of votes for the day.
   
   If there is anything we need, it's voting and commenting. What can we do to help members comment and vote (especially new members, who have more enthusiasm and way fewer votes)?

   Give people 20 starting votes at level 1 and then have it increase like normal as they level?
   
   This would let new members vote from the get go without needing to level up and still give a tangible reward as they progress?
   
   Or just uncap the voting system entirely and just give bonus XP for every vote they make up to their previous normal daily limit. (I.E they can still vote when they run out of votes but they only earn regular XP instead of 1.5x XP or something.)
