Setting Forge archive area

1. Setting Forge archive area

   #1

Just letting fellow admins know I've created an archive area to place the dead threads (child boards actually) in the setting forge.

Being able to see at a glance which settings still have people actively working on them will make it easier for old and new members to participate in their growth without having to hunt through old ones that've been collecting dust, some from 2005 and earlier.

Basically those settings/childboards that have been inactive since 2010 or earlier are being moved to the archive; and if they get revived later we can always move'em back easily enough
