Submission Vanished

1. Submission Vanished

   #1

I have just submitted a submission after being gone for 4 years.

The title of the submission is: Current Characters

I submitted it, was shown the submitted submission. Then I returned to the homepage to find that the submission wasn't being displayed. I then checked my Author Page, where I also couldn't find it.

Any ideas what might have happened?
