Di deliberately voting low on my subs.
#1I'm bringing it up here rather then taking action on this myself since this is a matter I feel Strolen or another admin needs to take direct action on.
Di deliberately voted a 1.0 on my Davy Jones Lockdown and Janice Spencer (both were a 5's before his vote and now are 4.2 and the only way this average is possible is if he voted 1.0)
Given my most recent history with him this is quite clearly petty retribution, and I kindly ask that he be dealt with ASAP, since my desired response would no doubt be... distruptive. :x -

#3Honestly wtf. I offered to help him and take time with working with him... if he can't MAN up then just get rid of him. My opinion. but then he didn't vote low on my stuff. -

#4Removed the '1' votes (voted 5s on everything else), reduced him to 0xp and 0 posts, flagged him so that anything he submits (actual submissions only) has to be approved and sending a PM with a last warning.
Will watch for more voting issues. -

#5Thank you for the rapid response, I admit my initial impulse urged me to reply to his votes and call him out on it, and perhaps make a snarky response in public chat about it as well, but logic and wisdom restrained me, and I realized it would be best not to allow myself to be baited into a public fight over the matter and give the boy the satisfaction of creating yet more drama.
I confess it's hard to be impartial on this, but I agree with mourns view that the guy is here solely for the purpose of causing trouble at this point, and we're better off without him. Let's hope he makes the most of his last chance and either shapes up or goes back down the drain.
The puzzling thing is when I was speaking with Di in chat the other day alongside Muro, I told him I harbored no ill will and was willing to let bygones be bygones; and he apologized to both myself and Muro for the "misunderstanding" (which we told him was in the past and to forget about it) and claimed he was in contact with the original authors of his challenged subs and getting permission to re-post their stuff with proper credit given. He then went on to ask about forum rp's here and if he could join one and pretty much seemed to act like everything was fine and he putting it behind him.
I guess it all was an apparent ruse/hot air, but to play nice in chat like that and then go and pull this stunt was totally unexpected. Still, better he do it now so it can be quickly dealt with, then have him hang about for a few months or so and then go on a low voting spree against everyone he has issues with. -

#6Update: While hanging out in full chat and waiting for Echo to return from AFK Di hopped in and was at first mystified as to why he was at -120xp, I politely pointed him to his Pm box and afterwards we had the following bizarre conversation in which he asked to work together with me on a join sub. (after he apologized and admitted his low voting was childish):

I was inspired by some of Cheka Man's 30 submissions. Here is my idea; 30 Goblin Tokens. The basic idea is similar to the 30 Halflings gifts one. But Goblin-Ish in nature. Imagine the weird and curious items that PC's could be gifted, or cursed with. As a form of gratitude, or malice.

Um... I really can't figure this guy out, he low votes my subs, then admits it was childish and to being a liar, accuses me of hating him, yet still wants to work with me on a sub? :what:
My instinct tells me this is another ruse by him to screw with me and cause more drama within the site, or the entire conversation was an attempt to bait me into insulting him or otherwise bearing my teeth yet again?
It should go without saying I'm not about to work with the guy on anything given his recent actions, and I admit to being more then a little creeped out by his Dr. Jekyll/ Mr. Hyde routine when it comes to how he acts towards me.
If you want to still give him a hand Mourn (or anyone else) feel free, although I certainly won't will blame you one bit if you're suddenly too preoccupied with other stuff to help him after all.

#7I gave my offer once, I won't repeat it to him. If he comes to me and asks for my help then I will act as a third party and give him advice but will not put my name on anything he does at this point.
