It's a 4.8 with 5 votes yet it only has 19 points (it started before any votes with 5 points.) Are some votes not being counted?

My first vote didn't appear, so I had to vote again in order for it to appear. Yet when I looked at the bottom of the main Citadel's home screen, it said I'd commented and voted, twice.

Kassy, actually that said that you upvoted a comment.  Did you +1 each comment?

And the votes were updated correctly Cheka, I gave you some arbitrary XP for the error because of the issue in the previous bug notification but there doesn't seem to be an issue since I fixed the problem with author putting author's names in an area that requires their ID number.
