#4and Pisa.
He also gave me two pages of notes to increase the usability and added graphics to his random dice roller while I hovered over his shoulder.
On top of all that gloriosness, Kate is back and is working on a new theme for V4.0!
It was an awesome weekend Charlie Brown. AG, looking your way next.... :) -

Re: Don't be jealous...
#12So me and MJS planned to go to New York to roleplay with Murometz.
Only I actually made it there, so we did some fair amount of brainstorming on a new take on Hell, which is currently in work.
Now don't get jealous, but Murometz and yours truly had a great time. We drank tremendous amounts of beer, watched Captain America and The Rise of the Planet of the Apes, ate some fine, and topped it with fine food (American Porterhouse Steak and Mussles, then excellent sushi, then great Korean, then a Diner and some burgers. YUM!)
Scrasamax sent us an SMS, asking us to have a tequila shot, and we had that and a couple of Jagermeisters. Then we took this picture here:

Yay for Strolenite get togethers.
Oh, and Strolen, how did you know he had a locked guestroom upstairs? The door is of steel, with multiple locks and an iris scanner. I hear soft whimpering from inside, but I can't seem to open the thing. ;)
Time to go to Newark I guess, then back to dear old Polar bear land. -
Re: Don't be jealous...
#13I'm guessing you're the guy on the left AG?
Sounds like you had a grand time, hope you come to visit the US again next year! -
Re: Don't be jealous...
#14Back with the Polar bears. It might sound strange, but I sat on my balcony, feeling the arctic chill and watching the stars and it felt kinda good to escape the heat for now. My kingdom might be frozen, but it is my kingdom.
Yes, Silveressa, I am the dude on the left.
Stuff I discovered and myths I dispelled:
- Some neighbourhoods of NYC are really, really safe.
- Murometz is an outstanding fellow.
- NYC restaurants are world class. We did some fine eating, we did.
- I did not enjoy sitting on the Subway from the Rockaways to Manhattan. Some less than friendly looking dude kept eyeballing me like a psycho. Normally I am fine with psychos eyeballing me, but this guy was surrounded by many similar looking ruffians, and that was, to be honest, kinda scary. I was actually making battle plans in the back of my head. Which one to punch first, how to move and the like.
- I like the fact that the city never sleeps. It is awesome.
- NYC women belong in my bed :p
- Queens is quite some distance from New Jersey. Especially on fridays.
- You don't "Hey you!" people, cause it is rude (though it made that girl blush and smile, courtesy of Murometz silver-tongue magic)
- Murometz is an awesome Russian teacher. He taught me some critically important Russian that might just come in handy. -
Re: Don't be jealous...
#15You know What they say Strolen: no place to hide, nowhere to run. ;)
AG's tour de Citadel continues. -
Re: Don't be jealous...
