   added the colspan to the title to fix the table formatting but will have to adjust the css to make it all fit appropriately with the h1 tag it seems.
   
   Might not have time till tomorrow but will get it working!!

   Finally figured it out. You found a rendering issue between Citadel V1.0 and V3.0. We went to the pretty formatting box so everything is now html instead of just text. So everything now starts with (usually) whereas the old wouldn't have any formatting, I would create it by forcing every newline into a break tag. So my fix was to test for "" at the beginning, if it wasn't there then I would force all the breaks to make the paragraphs look right.
   
   Well, with the use of h1 and tables as the beginning it didn't match that requirement so started adding extra formatting which made a mess. I updated the test to account for the html and still render the old stuff correctly so I think we should be good.
   
   More issues may crop up as we get fancier but it should be ok for now.
