More for me than you, but anyway.

   Frontpage before some optimizations:

   Load time: 6.560
   First byte: 0.698
   Start Render: 1.672
   Doc Complete: 6.560
   Requests: 46
   Bytes: 252KB
   Fully Rendered: 6.858
   Requests: 47
   Bytes: 253KB

created images.strolen.com subdomain and moved the themes there
combined multiple css files that I have pretty well solidified and minified them
   minified some javascript as well

   Load time: 3.543
   First byte: .704
   Start Render: 1.718
   Doc Complete: 3.543
   Requests: 43Bytes: 258KB
   Fully Rendered: 3.845

   Bytes: 259KB

Still can do some sprites for the front image but happy with the changes. These will affect the rest of the pages as well to a point.
