   I've an idea for a place...Where we could have all out one on one turn based style fighting. We'd have one fight at a time, and it may take a long time for it. There would be it's own forum for it, even though it would be small and restricted to "The Arena" and "Noises from the peanut gallery". Also, probably, "The Judgement Balcony." It would be sort of fun...I think so, everyone loves to cheer on their favorite person! Like me...
   "Woot! Go Penguin, go Penguin, It's your birthday!"
   Or even...
   "Woot, go Strolen, go Strolen, it's your birthday!"
   Or other stuff, y'know. Also, not saying anything...But I think we should use the Level, HP, and MP charts that are just there for fun. Give people a reason, a want to become cool!

   I agree with Ria, start a thread in the freeform and see how it works out. I am sort of against having yet another forum of nonconstructiveness like simple cheering.
   
   It might because I don't really understand the concept either but if a thread was started in the freeform and you could show us what you mean it might go a long way to us saying definately no...I mean taking a good look at it in action and making an educated decision.
   
   I am at the point in this site where I need proof of concept before I act on anything. Then my group of admins will have the final say in the matter.
   
   But really...umm. I don't know what you are talking about. Never seen the structure you allude to and a demo would be appropriate.

   Hey, how do you know I'm not African-American? I could have taken that seriously offensive then killed you in the night with my Nine millimeter while I ate some watermelon and thinking about how my momma back home was makin colla greens and fried chicken!
   Yeah, anyway...I'll try. I'll do it after, or during, my little "Quest" thing...If anyone will join that. Hm...

   It's just that whats-his-face was acting all Ghetto and usually people from the Ghetto are African American.

    Like Ria and Strolen, I think this is a bad idea. Even when combat erupts in the freeform threads it gets a bit boring reading pages of one-line action descriptions. You could try it out, and I'm sure you'd get lots of people posting, but I think it'd just detract further from the ideas-oriented nature of the site.

    I have to say we should welcome new ideas, but appereantly there is none of us that have such a need for fighting.

    I have to agree with the others on this one. An arena would just take the focus off the site's real purpose. Also, using the stats like you suggested would do nothing but encourage people to make nothing but booster posts to raise their stats, and the thread cleaners would have their hands full.

    I liked the fighting idea, i voted for it (what was i thinking), then read the posts, now i remember :!: :idea: THIS IS THE IDEA GUILD!!! It says so up :roll: there. Can I oficially recall my vote? I dont want it anymore.
