Update Listing

1. Update Listing

I tend to just do stuff a lot of times and not say anything. Many things are obvious, others not so much. I think this time most of it is obvious.

-Changed the format of the Level up and Highlight of the day on the main page.
-When browsing subs, changed the Advice, Codex, Quest identifiers to be maybe too obvious. Should have seen them when the background of them were full color. Had to go just to the border of the box.
-Updated all the background javascript to the current version. Might be a little buggy but I did go through it.
-Updated the forum with bug fix ( and hence the ability to put back the shoutbox)
-Added the Red, Orange, Green (> 6 months, > 3 months, currently active) Activity to left of submission to let us know how all is well
-Went sort of retro and put some flames up in the forum. Not sure I like 'em but it is a try.
A little older but added text above the comments to make it more obvious
-15xp for using all votes in a day
-Author voting on comments does not remove any votes and gives commenter 5xp for an authored upvote

I have two days left so will update the thread occasionally.
