Main Category Pages

1. Main Category Pages

   #1

When you browse the different main categories, I made it so any HoH submissions will show at the top. Give the HoH some more strength. See how that settles a little. My intention for awhile has been to make the main category page (without any subcategories selected) to be a sort of home page for that type submission. Similar to the homepage but type specific.

Doesn't need everything the homepage does but maybe a better way to highlight some more stuff.

Thoughts welcome. Will slowly play around with it as time goes by.
