   Upon truly looking at the front page, I find it's extremely active. Almost too much so. It's something of an information overload. I'm not sure it's exceptionally intuitive to new users. Is it possible for us to use expanding content areas somehow to modularize it? I'm just looking at it and going, "Wow, how could a new user find anything here? This would get me shot if I made it for a professional client."

   Well, I find the front page extremely appealing right now.

   Separate points of view are good! ...Just not when they disagree with mine. :P
   
   I think it has to do with the small size of the category dropdowns, at least in relation to the rest of the 'clickables' on the front page. Also, while this is probably a setting somewhere that I just can't fine, the number of submissions displayed by default seems...excessive, at least for the main page of the site. Perhaps I'm just a bit too used to the old set of 5 we had, but I start to get lost when the number displayed is as high as it currently is. And lastly, whilst I like the stylistic text on the image-link quad we have next to the daily highlight, that's also probably a bit hard to read.
   
   And of course, I'm just throwing out my thoughts on the matter. Whether it changes or not doesn't really matter too much, since I adapt readily enough to new environments.

   As a peace offering, I did reduce the right side recent activity to 8 so there is more empty space. I think the tabs are doing ok, the Quest really destroys the frontpage so messed with that a tiny bit.
   
   Reduced them to 6 each ( I think ) as a compromise. No problem with that at all...and it was easy to do.
   
   
   The graphics, yeah, well....Can only handle so much blandness, needed something there besides yet more text links. Need somebody that can be creative within the context of the site and make some stuff. Noboby is brave enough. :) So I use my expansive talents and bludgeon my way through it.
