   is over the title area when I try and post a submission, blocking the submission from being posted.

   Where did that come from?
   
   Is it overflow from the summary field or something?
   
   I tried it with 3 different browsers in windoze and 2 different ones in linux and couldn't see the issue.
   
   I need your eyes or, if you can swing it, a screenshot for me to understand and try and blindly troubleshoot it...

   So it is still there? Darn. Hoping it would be gone by magic.
   
   Can you answer my other couple questions to help narrow down what I am looking for...
   
   What browser and version are you using? (Usually in Help or About or something like that)
   
   Have you installed Google's Chrome or Firefox? Are you still using IE? (If so, why? :) ) It would be well worth your time to download another browser and give it a try if you haven't already. I guarantee you will dump IE.

   Well, you can generally take a screenshot with the 'Print Screen' button. That'll put the screenshot on your clipboard, which you can then paste into MSPaint and save.

   I got this when using IE on my mother's laptop. This browser is crap, I suggest you join the future, Cheka.\
   
   Edit: the main page looks horrible in IE as well. Overflowing boxes and lots of missing highlights.

   Holy Schnikes! Reason to upgrade to IE 8!!
   
   Maybe I should have sympathy for those that don't upgrade...but I sort of don't. No real excuse not to get the latest browser and it is way too difficult to make everything perfect in every version.
