Region bug

   I tried a couple of regions, but this bug only occurred in my "Coldforged" region.
   
   Steps to replicate the bug:
   1. Enter the "Coldforged" region
   2. Click one of the plots, for instance "Blood of the Mountain"
   3. Witness "css" bug in the "Claws of the Emperor" menu option
   
   The erroneous menu option looks like this when you click "Claws of the Emperor":

   I put up a new script so that the summary would appear during hover. Didn't escape anything.
   
   Will have to find where else this happens. THis is also why the null pops up, when there is no title attribute. Another unfinished experiment that I was still debating on fully using.
