   (19:23:33) valadaar: And that would be a good bug to report, since I used that option to covert them to PDF via Google Docs.

   Strolen:
   The "HTML" button in the sub page gives you the contents of the body section of a printer friendly page... So if you emulate that button's behavior and encapsulate it in:
   
   CONTENT
   
   you should be home free!

   Tried some magic print.css stuff.
   
   Try print preview and see if that output will work for you. If I have to I can make an entire other set of pages with different formatting, but would prefer not fighting that beast if I can help it.
